Yoongi's pov

I run my hand through my freshly dyed blonde hair and pace around my office as a sigh escapes my lips.

"this is impossible" I groan, letting myself fall back onto the soft leather chair at my desk.

I look at the clock above my door and roll my eyes as I read the number; 12:32 am

I exhale deeply and grab the fix phone on my right, quickly dialing my fiancé's number.

"Hey! I was just about to call you" Y\N greets me, my face instantly lighting up as I hear her soothing voice

"For what?" I ask

"Just to see how things are at the office" She giggles "So how are things at the office?"

"Shitty, stressful, fucked up, you name it" I chuckle and hear her sigh

"Well, I'm just about to enter your building, mind letting your secretary know you're waiting for me?"

"you're here?" I ask and get up, fixing my suit

"Yes, and I brought food"

"you're amazing" I breathe out "Oh and I'm the only one still working, since it's almost 1 am" I say

"I know I'm amazing, alright let me in then"

"I'll be there in a minute" I hang up the phone and walk out of my office, quickly arriving at the elevators

I call it up and immediately get on and press the first floor button as it reaches my floor.

Y\N and I have been together for about 6 years now, I proposed to her 3 months ago on our 6th anniversary. I had ordered a private chef and brought her on our rooftop at our house to have diner under the stars.

It was a warm-ish night and we had cuddled throughout the whole night, just talking and laughing, when I finally asked her the life changing question.

I remember how she was so speechless that she couldn't even breathe correctly as she whispered the one word that made my heart flutter with joy and excitement "Yes".

I shake my head and grin to myself, not wanting to look like a total fool in front of my girl.

As soon as the elevator doors open, I spot Y\N behind the glass doors that open up to the building.

I smile from ear to ear and my feet shuffle across the carpeted floor and I soon reach the door, unlocking it with my key card.

"Hey" Y\N breathes out, setting her bag and purse on the floor before wrapping her arms around my neck to kiss me.

"Hi, princess" I smile down at her and kiss her temple, engulfing her into a bear hug.

"Shall we go upstairs?" she asks and I nod, bending down to pick up her things, ignoring her as she tries to tell me she can do that by herself.

"As your fiancé," I see a smile etch onto her face as I speak "It is my duty to be a gentleman and carry your things." I wink at her and walk back to the elevators, Y\N hot on my trail.

As the elevator doors open once again, I let Y\N in before me and she presses the 35th floor button when I'm settled into the confined place.

"Are you okay?" Y\N asks and I turn to her, my brows furrowed.

"Yes, why do you ask?"

"Just cause you've been working extra late for weeks now, I don't want you overworking yourself" She explains and I flash her a toothy grin.

"I'm perfectly fine as long as I get to come home to you every night" I wiggle my eyebrows and she lightly pushes my chest, making me stumble backwards a little bit, a smirk still on my face.

"Stop looking at me and get out" she giggles and points to the, now opened, door.

"fine, if you want to get rid of me so easily" I roll my eyes playfully and get out of the elevator.

"you know where my office is? I'll go put these in the fridge" I ask her, pointing at the bag full of food I have in my hand and she chuckles

"Of course I know where your office is, pabo. And the food" she takes the bag out of my hand and starts walking towards the door to my office "Is for now" Y\N turns around, winking at me.

I don't know what that wink was for, but I'm not complaining I think to myself and groan when my eyes fall onto her perfect round butt.

Lord have mercy.

I walk after her and smirk when I see her sitting in my chair.

"Thank you for coming here" I walk around my desk to reach her and peck her beautiful full lips.

"It's the least I could do. Now, shall we eat?" she perks up and I laugh, nodding my head.

"How about we turn around and eat while looking at this magestic view." I point to my bay windows "Not that you're not one yourself but- Aish jinjja" I whine as she pinches my arm.

"eat." she chuckles, opening a tupperwear and revealing its content.

"I love you even more" My eyes widen as she gives me a fork and the bowl.

"there's plenty more food, don't eat too much of that" she points to the bag and I nod, setting the food on the table.

"Care to sit on my lap?"

"But i'm the one sitting down?" she questions and I chuckle, snaking my arms around her waist and pulling her up before sitting down, Y\N on my lap.

"Ohhh" she giggles and I smile, placing my chin on her shoulder as we face the beautiful city of Seoul.

I reach behind us and take random bowls then set them on Y\N's knees.

She leans back onto my chest and I wrap my arms around her waist, pulling her closer to me

"This is nice" She breathes out and I nod against her neck, smiling at how her eyes light up as she looks at all the buildings below us.

"you're beautiful" I whisper into her ear and she giggles, slightly turning towards me and shows me a fork with food on it.

"taste" She orders and I wrap my lips around the metal object, keeping an eye contact with Y\N as she feeds me japchae.

"마짔어!" I exclaim and Y\N smiles

"I know... I love you" she plants a kiss on my lips and I smile through it, placing my  hand on her thigh.

"when do you want to go home?" i ask, my voice as low as possible as we both stare at the city, quietly munching on food.

"when we're done I guess, so let's take our time" she says and I chuckle.

"Okay"

We spent another 2 hours talking about nothing and eating too much as we cuddled, never wanting to go home.
