Chapter 6. I'm coming

Kaitlyn's p.o.v

I think I love Shawn. He's so caring and generous and smart and funny and such a good singer and soo cute. He always knows how to make me feel better when I'm down. I just wish I can tell him how I feel. Hopefully he feels the same way but I don't know...

I hear a knock on my cabin door. And open it

"Hello?"

"Hi, I'm Joe. And you are?"

I instantly looked into his green eyes they were so beautiful.

"H-hi I'm Kaitlyn"

"Sorry to bother you but I saw you arrive at camp, not to be stalkerish, and I thought you may like to get pizza with me or something"

"Sure! When?"

"Tomorrow? Ill pick you up at 2?"

"Perfect, see you then Joe!"

Wow. Joe was so nice! I still can't keep my mind off of Shawn though!

Shawn's p.o.v

I really want to see Kaitlyn! Wait, what if I just show up there tomorrow night? It will take me a few hours so I should probably get the taxi at 3 and arrive at 8. That's what I'm going to do. I will finally tell her how I feel! Let me pack!

Kaitlyn's p.o.v

I woke up to the birds chirping and the sun shining on my face, I knew it was going to be a great day!

I take a quick shower blow dry my hair than straighten it. I throw on my light pink crop top with white high waisted shorts and my light pink vans. I applied some mascara and Chapstick. It was 1:30 by the time I was all ready so I decided to tell my new friend and bunk buddy Vicky all about shawn and how I feel about him!

*knock, knock*

"Wow Kaitlyn, you look good!"

"Thanks! So do you Joe! So were are we going to get the pizza?"

"Well I was thinking the pizzeria up town than going to the arcade. Is that okay??"

"It's great!!!"

We ate the pizza and headed to the arcade he won me a huge bear! I started to like him a little more. I invited him back to my cabin. It was already 6:30 wow time goes by fast when your having fun!

"Wow your cabin is a lot nicer than mine!"

"Haha thanks Joe! So do you wanna watch finding nemo? Its the only thing I brought down here!"

"Sure, my favorite"

We were watching it and we were laughing it was about 7:45 and he held my hand

"Is this okay?" He asked nervously

"Yes"

We were cuddling on the couch for a bit when I hear a knock on the cabin door. I figured it was Vicky so I paused the movie and answered the door. Joe was on the couch still. I open the door and there stands Shawn with a smile on his face and a box of chocolate.

"SHAWN!!"

"Hey!:))"

"W-what are you doing here..?"

"I came to see you! I thought you missed me"

All of a sudden Joe came to the door

"Who is this?" Asked Joe

"Hello, my name is Shawn, and you are..?"

"I'm Joe.. Me and Kaitlyn were just watching a movie"

"Oh..."

He looked so sad

"He is just a friend Shawn, He is one of my only friends here:)"

"I thought of you more as a friend" said Joe walking out

"Joe..!"

Well I was sad about Joe leaving this perfect day. I really did start to like him. But Shawn is here so it didn't matter. I wish that I could tell him how I feel but I can't

"Sorry for that, come in!"

"Im sorry for just showing up and intruding I should leave" said shawn

"NO!" I said quickly "I mean since you're here.. Stay a while"

"Okay:) I'm so happy to see you Kaitlyn!"

We hugged and when i was in his arms it felt like i was protected from the world. i loved him and wanted him to know. We sat down on the couch.

I looked at the chocolates

"So, what made you decide to show up?"

"Well, you have been away for a few days and i've noticed how much i missed you and i needed to tell you something very important i've been holding in for a while" says shawn looking down at the floor

What, what is he going to tell me? I am so scared and happy and nervous and excited i have so many emotions right now

"Yes shawn?" I put my hand on his leg

I herd a knock on the door.

"Ill get it" shawn said getting up

"Hi? Im vicky and you are?"

"Hi Vicky, I'm Shawn!"

"Oh! You are the one Kaitlyn is obsessed aren't you!"

"Obsessed? haha"

He looks over at me and I feel my cheeks getting red

"Yes, she always talks about you" exclaims Vicky

"Perfect then! :)" shawn mumbles

Shawn walked over to me and sat next to me on the couch. He took my hand.

"Kaitlyn Ann Hayes, I've liked you ever since you first moved to town and we started hanging out. I've always thought you were beautiful, I know I'm taking a huge risk doing this right now but.....

*picks up the chocolates*

Will you be my girlfriend?"

"Shawn, I feel and have always felt the same exact way, of course i will be your girlfriend!"

"AWWWWWWWW" screams Vicky

Me and Shawn kiss and cuddle up on the couch until sleep takes over both of us. I fell asleep in his arms. Shawn's arms. Am i dreaming??
