Me: but I'm busy writing a fanfic, so shut up.

Grell: hmph, not fair.

Sebastian: (y/n)... please... save... me.

Me: you shut up too! Leave the missing the reader until your actual scenario. Geez, at times like this I actually think Druitt might be the sensible one.

Druitt: Ahhh! The Appreciation! Like a-

Me: ok, ok, I take that back! Let's just cut to the scenarios and fill the lot of you with regret. Btw, these are all from their POV}

Ciel

Dull, that's what life seemed to be at the moment, dull. I dropped my own on the table and tried to get up.

"Young Master, you have not yet finished your studies." Came the annoying voice of the devil. I studied the room with its dim light and dusty book shelves as if that would give me an idea for an excuse. Of course, the book shelves.

"I can't work in here with the room in this state." I ran my fingers along the edge of one. "A true disgrace to the Phantomhive family to have such a slacker as a butler. Old man Tanaka never let things get this bad." I smirk at him as his all knowing smile fades. "I'm going to take a turn about the garden. Get this sorted Sebastian." I leave the room before I can even hear the over used words. "Yes my lord."

To be perfectly honest the garden wasn't much of a comfort either, and huge patches of grass had died off where Finny had dropped the disinfectant sprayed and let the thing spill open. I felt a bit like the dead grass if I was being honest with myself. Lonely, unwanted, but not in a pity full way, just as if that's how it had always been. Everyone in the manor was only here because they had to be. Like parasites. I found myself staring up between the gaps in the trees hoping every second to see something different. Now! I told myself expecting that something might happen only to be hit by disappointment. Something other than what the world is. And then a rustling in the leaves that could have been the wind.

I look over and see a girl trying to disentangle a blue ribbon from the hedge and my heart rises.

"(Y/n)-" I clamp a hand to my mouth and dart behind a tree, praying that she hadn't heard me.

"Heh, is it possible that my Lord misses (y/n) after all." I frown, stupid demon.

"No!" I say a little to defiantly. No one in their right mind would believe me.

"Of course my lord." He replies but I can still hear him chuckling beneath his breath.

"Shut up!"

Sebastian

"This is terrible it is!" Mey-Rin squeaked.

"Aye, Sebastian's a right devil when 'is favourite toy doesn't like 'im any more." Bardroy said leaning back in his chair and listening to it groan under the weight. "There's gotta be something we can do, Finny's still recovering from that blow to the 'ead 'e got last week."

"Hoh hoh hoh!"

"We could maybe just make (y/n) see what a good person Sebastian is, we could?"

"If there's any good in 'im that is." The chef chuckled. "Alrighty then, let's start by getting them in the same room. Tanaka, you can watch Finny."
