Chapter 4

"Serena, Serena, SERENA!"
I hear my mom yell from my doorway. "Time to get up Sweetie today we find out who is in the contest" I stare at her blankly "ok" she then leaves. I slowly get up and get ready, when I get out of the bathroom I see Fennekin getting up as well. "Morning Fennekin!" I say trying to sound happy "Kin!" She responds happily. I pick her up and give her a morning brush before leaving with my mom to go to the town square. When we get there I can see there almost ready to announce the girls who will move into the castle for the remainder of the contest. A man walks on stage.
"Good Morning Ladies and Gents I'm sure your all ready to see who is continuing on so I'll go right ahead and read the list. The 10 ladies are..." I didn't seem to hear him for the begging of the list my mind was elsewhere. But what snapped me out of my thinking was... "And For our Final lady who will be continuing shall beeeee SERENA YVONNE CONGRATULATIONS!!!" I hear my mom scream beside me and engulf me in a huge hug. Everyone is clapping for me I start to blush.
"Alright ladies and gents Thank You for coming this morning. Tomorrow morning at 9:00 all the ladies who are continuing will meet up at the airport to fly to the castle. Good Bye!
"Alright Honey you heard then man lets go home and start packing"
"Ok mom"
At Serena's House
The moment we walked in the door I see a squealing sister running towards me. She tackles me on the floor and squeezes me tight.
"Oh My Gosh Serena You did it! You made it in! I'm so Happy for you!"
I smile at her.
"Thanks Sis it means a lot" (even though I don't even want to be apart of his sick game)
"Well you should start packing right away! Who knows how long you'll be there"
I nod. I head upstairs away from my squealing mom and sister and start packing. (My sisters right... Who knows how long I'll be there)
