(Lauren)
The man came back the next morning to the cafe I work at. I wonder why, maybe our food is good after all. We only have a 3 star review on yelp.

"Hello there." He said kindly "Hi, what can I get you?" I asked politely.
"I'll have a pepsi and some Caesar salad please."
I nodded and grabbed his food. "You know, your food is great here, more people should come." I internally screamed.
"Thank you. I'm glad you like it." His comment made my day.

I gave him his salad and Pepsi. He looked at it and his eyes widened. I don't think I can finish this salad by myself, would you want to sit down an-"

I quickly interrupted "I'm sorry I have to clean dishes." I said despite the obvious growling of my stomach. I didn't have lunch for another two hours. No customers had arrived except for him in a while.

"No please, I'm sure work is hard and you should take this. I'll help you clean the dishes after, If that's okay." The man insisted. He's so right, I need a break from this job. Am I even allowed to do this?

"Ok, if you insist." I sat down. "What's your name?"

"Mich- Mitchell."

"I'm Lauren." We spent a while talking about life and laughing til our cheeks turned red. Time passed really fast. He seemed like a really great guy. "Thank you so much for sharing your salad." I said.

"How much will it be?" I shook my head. "Don't worry, the foods on me."

"Are you sure? I can pa-."

"No it's okay! Also, you seem like a really nice person and you're fun to talk to. Would you mind if I got your number?"

He looked shocked but I didn't know why. After a moment of silence he said. "Of course. But before I give you that, I need to show you something. Promise me you won't go crazy?"

I furrowed my brows and we went to the back of the room. What did he want to show me? Why would I freak out? A spider?

Suddenly, he ripped off his mustache and his ray bans. I gasped at his sudden action. I then realized that it was Michael Jackson. I paused for a second and giggled. "Michael? Michael Jackson?"

He nodded.

I smiled widely. "Okay Mitchell." I said laughing. "Michael, you're nothing like the tabloids try to make you seem. You are a very kind and caring person. Why are you coming to such a small cafe?"

"Thank you very much" he said blushing. "As are you. This is a good business, I decided to stop by and your amazing food drew me back here. Well that's not the only thing... People are just missing out."
"I can't believe you aren't shocked."

"Why would I be? You're a person just like me. Do you think we could hang out sometime?"

"Sure what about tomorrow at 3?" He suggested. We nodded and said our goodbyes. He quickly put his disguise back on and headed out.

And just like that, Michael Jackson and I became best friends.
