Once we left Beijing to go to India, autographs, fans, and friends galore were coming up to us. But I stayed far in the corners or shadows sharing pictures in collages on Instagram.
But I seriously missed home and for some reason my friend wanted me to join him at the nearest park with a certain theme.
Once we gotten too the hotel, I gotten everything ready, and headed out.
"Alright guys, this place is all yours, don't break anything please or I'll break all three of you." I smiled and closed the door. I heard the two scream at each other, but left it be. I left a note saying "I heard you guys, be quiet for your neighbors as well."
I finally reached the nearest park I told my friend Shiraz where I was at.
I found him seating at a bench reading until I scared him.
"So what's going on with the guy here?"
"Gah! You are very sneaky August, I might still need too work on my hearing for you, am I wrong?" He asked.
"Heh no. I also don't need a bell to. So what have you been up to." I replied.
"Oh, just studying for ice skating. I want to represent India like my father that skated with Viktor the Russian skater."
I was shocked about that, and I couldn't remember his name. But I looked down and smiled.
"What about you August? Anything new with you like always."
"I'm a coach and ice skater for Viktor and Yuuri."
I gasped at my answer that he got up and was yelling, making the people around us look our direction, confused.
"YOUR THEIR COACH!? I knew someone was a mastermind behind the new moves they did! Why didn't you tell me before you came here?"
"Um technically no one shouldn't have heard that."
After I responded to his questions, a lot of people came over and asked stupid questions. Shiraz got me out of the trouble, and I thanked him for that.
"Not a problem. It's my unsincerity that got you into the mess, so let me repay you by holding a hand for you to grab." He replied.
"Still the same sweet guy from school huh. You changed when you moved here. I sorta miss you back at home."
"Well it's my home country I was born in so I have to show my true self."
After we walked for awhile, then when I had to leave, we both gave each other goodbye hugs until I ran the direction I came in.
I only gotten to the hotel in a few minutes to be with the group, but a fight started with Yuri and the front desk.
"August! Help me out, I need my own room, I can't sleep with those two up there."
"Excuse me but the rooms are $150 plus tax $170 unless you have earphones to listen to, either than that all of our rooms are booked." the man explained.
"I'm not getting you a room Yuri. Its stupid. Your getting the bed anyway so it's going too be the same for the other hotels unless somehow I can pull over a thousand dollars to have two rooms instead of one. Now get back upstairs." I demanded.
Yuri went upstairs and I apologized for my friend's behavior, the guy took the apology but warned me if it happens again, he's going to call the security on us.
I got up to the room that's filled with sleeping Yuuri, a pouty Yuri, and a Viktor watching something on his phone. I couldn't do anything but freakin read because that's all I packed! I bought a couple of books from home that literally cost so much I'm surprised I didn't get yelled at.
Through the whole ice skating competition, Yuuri and Viktor was last to go, but they came in first still.
"If those two continue with this routine, they will make millions if they keep coming in first. The person behind their new move is by Yuuri's very own little sister, August. Now she is on their team for support but I say she can be their coach with the new routine." The female announcer.
"Yes I completely agree, the others are very talented as well, but these two have been training none stop that they perfected every single move without a mistake. Now that's Ice Skating folks." the male announcer agreed.
I looked over at the two who were with the interviewing area, Yuri was sitting on a bench in the crowd on his phone along with a relative of ours.
We finally made it out of the ice rink with all of the people who wanted autographs and gotten food for the hotel.
"About time we get back in this room, I'm starting to think I shouldn't had joined the group for company." Yuri said.
I was about to close the door, but at was stopped by a woman I recognized.
