"There's no way their here... your lying..." I said, smiling like a creep.

"You wanna see yourself Soomi? You think I'm lying about this?!" He tossed his phone towards me, hitting my jaw causing me to fall backwards. Someone caught me from falling and I quickly smiled.

"Thank you Jimin..." I said, forcing on a smile. Jungkook ran over to me, making me flinch. I thought he would hurt me again, but he just hugged me, his eyes watering.

"I-I'm sorry S-Soomi... so so sorry..." He sobbed, letting go and running upstairs.

"I'll go talk to him..." Jin volunteered, running after him. I sat back down, placing the ice pack I received from Taehyung on my jaw. After a while, someone got the guts to ask me why me and Jungkook were so shocked to hear about our parents.

"Well, you see..." I hesitated. "You don't have to tell us if it makes you uncomfortable..." Hobi said, already knowing the story.

"It's okay," I breathed in, "Our parents left me and Jungkook when we were young. I was 8 and Kook was 5 at the time. We heard from our grandparents that they'll be taking care of us for a while. Ever since then, our grandparents payed everything for us. They... were like out parents..."

"As we grew up, we caught on and realized they weren't just 'taking care of us for a while'. Our parents fucking left us without a trace. And obviously, our grandparents had to go at some point. I was 19, Kook was 16," I said, wiping a tear away.

"And here they are, they got our numbers and now decide to talk to us." I spoke, my fists curling.

It was silent. Not an awkward silence. I liked this silence, it was peaceful. I realized how much pain Jungkook must be in, he wouldn't even talk to me after I told him about our parents.

"Wait so do you even remember what your parents look like?" Soojung asked.

I shook my head, "Neither of us do..."

That's when Jungkooks phone started ringing, and I picked it up. 'Unknown Number'

"Wait, Soomi! That might be—"

"I know... and I need to talk with them." I said, gripping onto Jungkooks phone. I ran up stairs, busting open Jungkooks door. I lifted up Jungkooks phone to Jin and he got the message and left, shutting the door.

I sat down next to Jungkook and smiled softly at him. He nodded and I answered the call.

"Yeboseyo? Jungkook? Why did you hang up earlier? I was so worried something happene—"

"Why didn't you say that 15 years ago?!" I said angrily. I heard murmuring in the background, angering me more. Jungkook rubbed his hand back and forth on my back in a soothing gesture.

"S-Soomi?" I heard a familiar woman's voice.

"What?" I spat.

"Open the door this instant... we need to talk—"

"Hah! Talk? About?" I said sarcastically.

"I-I'm sorry... please... hear me and your father out baby! We... miss you guy—"

Jungkook suddenly snatched the phone out of my hand, startling me, "Were busy. Talk to you later, or more like never." He spat rudely, hanging up. Once we heard the beep noise, the door suddenly opened.

"Eavesdropping?" I said, raising an eyebrow. They all nodded and crowded around me and Jungkook.

"Are you guys okay?" Jin asked. We nodded. Jungkook opened the window and I could see our parents right outside. They noticed me and Jungkook and I could see mom crying.
