Chapter 19 (Zane ending)

*Your p.o.v.*

"Please.. (Y/n) wake up.. please.."

I slowly opened my eyes to see a crying Zane. My first instinct was to get up and comfort him, but when I tried to sit up pain made me fall back down.

Zane quickly pulled me into a hug where it wouldn't hurt me. I smiled and hugged back. "I thought you were gone.. if you were I-I didn't know what I would do.."

Zane was choking up from crying, which made me cry too. "Zane.. don't cryyyy. You're making me cry.." I wiped away both of our tears as Zane picked me up in his arms, gripping onto me like I could vanish every second.

"Z-Zane I l-love you.." I blurted our, making him stop walking while holding me, and look into my eyes.

"Y-You do? I-Is it okay if I um.. heh-"

I interrupted Zane by pulling his mask down and closing my lips to his. It was a short, but passionate kiss.

When we pulled away, the two of us were both beet red. "So does that mean-"

"Yes Zane. We can be a thing." I giggled, making him smile and put his mask back on. Zane carried me back to the group, as we all talked while going out through the portal..

When we get home, I can finally spend time with my Zu~Zu~!!!
