MARCH 2, 2018

In the middle of a flower field stood a girl. That girl held such beauty it would seem utterly unnatural, and with one look one would grow hypnotized. She was graced with pastel pink hair that hung just above her shoulders, pink lips, and an elegant white sun dress.

She loved that field, it was her favourite place to be. To think

The world around her looked peaceful, white clouds and a magnificent blue sky that reminded her of oceanic waves. Just because everything looked peaceful, did that mean it was? Just because it looked like rainbows and unicorns did that necessarily mean hidden down within was devils and Hell-hounds?

She didn't know.

But would she know? Yes.

Because after a little bliss everyone must feel a little pain. Life's test, mother nature's test, father time's test; everyone's test. The thing about this test was that some make it and some don't. Not everyone has the emotional strength of iron boards.

The girl looked down from the sky and onto the ground below her bare feet. Her mind was suddenly consumed of the woes of the day. The events of earlier that day plagued her mind, leaving her peaceful mind swirling. It was awful, so, so awful. Those words her family said, the snickers her classmates spoke of, the looks she was given--they all overtook her mind. She closed her eyes and threw herself on the wet soil, her new white dress now tainted brown.

She didn't seem to care.

And even in the field of thousands and thousands of flowers, she lies alone.
