Rough waves washed up against my bruised hands. He gently stroked the tip of my nose and I was saved. Once again .

I've been coming here to escape. Escape the world. I loved to leave all of it behind. Sometimes it felt like I've left myself behind. Crispy autumn leaves were crunching beneath my feet, this forest has always left me speechless. Here, high in the mountains even the air seemed a bit magical. Every night I sat outside the small wooden cabin, watching the sparkling sky and listening... Did you knew that night has it's own sound? It's deep, sometimes it's a bit scary. But you can always hear it. I have been listening, breathing and escaping. That was all that I wanted to do.

My cabin was in the area with no other living soul around it. At least I thought so. Lately in those dark, deep nights, I swear I could hear silent music playing from not so far away. Sometimes I managed to trick myself into thinking that it's my own imagination that has been running wild along the wind. But still... There was a hint of another soul around. Maybe I was right? What if there is someone else who's also escaping? Just like me. I was too afraid to go past the forest that I was so familiar with. So I just kept listening to the music, that came from the dark of the night. It crept into my mind even in the daytime. I could not stop thinking about it, wanting to walk straight through that forest and find who's behind these mysterious sounds. Someone was chasing stars at night, just like me.

I was preparing a place for a bonfire, picking up some sticks and stacking them up. It was a windy night -not as usual. Wind has it's own sound. It swept away the crispy leaves and led them into a wild dance. Flames of the fire were reaching up into the starry skies. I sat next to the fire and tried to keep myself warm. And then , again- a beautiful melody filled up the air. But this time, alongside the guitar I could hear a raspy voice.

-"I'm just trying to remember how it feels to have a heartbeat"

Wind made it sound like raspy whispers, coming from the other side of the forest.

-"Am I losing my mind?"- I felt like I was going crazy. I tried my hardest to tense up my senses. Nothing. Music has stopped. But that beautiful, raspy voice was still playing games with my head. -"What , the hell, was that?"- I stood up and tried to look out for some light. But it looked like that was the darkest night of all that I've seen whilst being here. Besides my bonfire, no other light could be seen. That creeped me out a little. But not enough, I guess. I felt a strange thrill. Wanting to go and look for that voice. Even though it was the middle of the night and I was still scared from going past the well known territory. Nature here is wild. It is dangerous to wander around if you're not familiar with your surroundings. I calmed myself down- "Just wait until the morning." I was determined to find that person, who has been filling up these past nights with these magical melodies.

*Harry's point of view*

Writing music is a very delicate process. This place helped me a lot. The forest, these mountains, even the air. My cabin was right next to the forest. I loved to take my guitar, sit down next to the fire and create... every single night. I used to think that I was the only living soul in this area. But one day I noticed this beautiful creature wandering around the forest. She had long, blond hair, she moved slowly through the forest, slightly touching every branch. She walked around like that every day. I didn't want to scare her away, that's why I just watched her dancing in this magical forest. She had become my muse, my inspiration. And she didn't even knew that. I wondered who is she? Why she's even here? Is she trying to escape the world , just like me? Who knows... I didn't want to break these moments of her just wandering around. There was something so beautiful about it.

-"I'm just trying to remember how it feels to have a heartbeat" - I finished the song and looked towards the dark forest. There was a crack , few steps. That didn't scare me. I knew she's right there. But we still remained separated.
