Adele's POV
I wasn't understanding. This woman was pretending to be my best friend but I had no memory about her. We went off the shop. Georgie couldn't stop staring at me : did she discover the truth ? I didn't know : Simon kept silence in the car and during all the journey I felt Georgie's eyes on me :
-"Do you have a problem with my face little one ? I asked"
- " Are you Adele ? she suddenly asked"
Simon looked at me through the rearview mirror, he seemed nervous and was waiting for my answer. It has to be very convincing.
-" Of course not ! I said Did you think for a second that I was Adele ! The Adele ! The best actress in the world ? I said"
She looked at me like if I did something wrong, did I ? I was looking for Simon's eyes in the rearview mirror but he was avoiding every contact : why ?
-" First of all you're very weird ! Georgie said Then, Adele is a singer not an actress ! "
Oh my God what did I do ? I was such a pain in the neck ! Simon must be furious, because of me once again. I wanted to cry but I thought that Georgie would think I had a very suspicious behaviour , she was finding me weird already, I didn't want her to think I was a weak person. Simon was still avoiding eye contact. Fuck ! I needed him ! I really did ! I was sure about it now, Georgie will find out the truth very soon, it was a matter of time...
