It's been about a month now since Joel was released from the hospital. Jude and Phoenix were more than ecstatic to have Luke home finally. Moriah and Courtney are relieved that they have their husbands back home safe and sound. And my family and I, we're glad to have our brothers/sons back to safety. It's been rough, between court hearings against the kidnapper, to Joel's road to recovery. But all in all we're doing alright. The kidnapper was finally sentenced to 30 years in prison for kidnapping, asault, and attempted murder. It didn't help matters any when he asked the judge if he could just get his ransom money already. So for the first time in along time I think we're gonna be okay. Luke and Courtney just recently found out about the soon to be Leo Oliver Smallbone. And Joel and Moriah said that Leo may not be the only new Smallbone addition.
