A noise woke me from my little nap earlier. Ever since I've been replaying Joel and I's fight in my head. I shouldn't have snapped at Joel like that. I know if he was anywhere near me right now, he'd be beating that kidnapper up. He would be protecting me. Not like I need protecting or anything....I can take care of myself. Yeah...I'll get out of this mess by myself! After all, I do have a wife and kids. Someone has to teach them how to protect them selves. And you know what?! It's gonna be me!! Not Joel or anyone else! Unless......no...I can make it out of here. Yeah...I'll show them. I do things on my own...I'm independent. Yeah....
