He was Soundwave.
You admired the bot,though you hated to admit it to your best friends,Knockout and Breakdown. They knew,of course. The only other time you were nervous to the point of flushing either than being scolded was when you were with Soundwave. He never really did talk,but he never had to.
You were in the bridge,standing next to your commander,Soundwave. You'd steal quick glances at him here and there,but you got your work done. That's why he had you around. That and you were strong and smart. You'd never think it though. No matter what anybot said.
Hours go by,nothing shows up on the scanners and bots poured out,soon,it was just you and Soundwave. You stopped glancing at the bot,getting absorbed in your work. It was mind blowing how much you did in such a short amount of time.
You didn't notice the bot behind you until his arms wrap around your waist. You squeak,looking down to see no weapon,no hands of an autobot.

They were Soundwave's arms around your slim waist. You looked back to face the unmasked bot,you face full of shock. He was a hansom bot with beautiful purple eyes,a scar went from the left optic down to his chin. "S...Sir?" Your face was blue from the energon rushing to it,your fans kicking in.
"Hello Y/n." He smiled softly. Your fans went faster,desperate to cool your face off. "I-I uh...h-hello."
Soundwave rested his chin on your shoulder as you continued to work,your spark basically seeing how many flips it could do before fucking killing your shy adorable ass.
You felt his warm breath on your neck and held back a shiver. He vents deeply,"You know...you're quite the beauties femme."he said,you looked at him,your fans probably wanted to give out. He too was blushing,smiling softly. "S-sir I-"
"Soundwave. Call me Soundwave." He said.
"S-Soundwave...I...t-thank you." You smiled,he leaned forward, his lips grazing over yours.
"Soundwave! You ar-" Megatron stopped dead,looking at you two. You stared back at him. The war lord looked shocked and slightly embarrassed. He stepped back,"I'll just...gooo...."he points behind him and marched out.
You burst out into a fit of giggles.
Even though you were upset the kiss didn't happen,you were happy he tried to make the first move.
That was enough for you to die happy.
