All I can take in right now is the taste of Alexa's lips on mine. Her mouth moves with eagerness and I don't hesitate to lean into her, finally letting go of all my inhibitions and giving into all of my... what's the word... needs.

I breathe in deeply when our lips part for a few seconds, and it's now when I take the time to study her face up close and not from afar like I usually do. She has the most perfect features I've ever seen - from the freckles that litter her cheeks to the pout of her rosy lips. Her hazel eyes are boring into mine and I feel like if she flutters her eyelashes any more, I will disintegrate into a pile of ashes. She has a hold on me.

I bring my hand up to her face and I make sure to slowly apply pressure because I remember how she always mentions that my rings are cold, and then it's zero stops ahead. Her dainty fingers entwine themselves in my curls and one small nip on her jaw is enough to make her tug on them and cause me to moan involuntarily into her neck... which allows my nose to fill with the smell of her - coconut.

I'm not even thinking when my tongue makes contact with her silky tan flesh and begins to suck until a small gasp falls from Alexa's lips and she yanks on my hair, causing my head to fall back. "Harry..." She pants.

If I don't stop now, there's no way we're ever going to make it off of this pier. I rest my forehead against hers and lace her fingers with mine, small smirks resting on our lips. Even now, the sun that is cast upon her skin makes her look angelic.

"Let's get going then?" I suggest to her with slight worry, fearing that I'm going to break this trance we are both in and that she will go back to disliking me.

Alexa nods and I immediately stand up so that I am able to offer her my hand to pull herself up more easily. The walk back to the car park is achingly slow and I want nothing more than to push her up against a random car and lift her up to kiss her more, but I refrain from doing so. Instead, we exchange bashful glances at each other until she speaks.

"This is one of my favorite places now." She reveals, her hands clutching the sleeves of her knit sweater that's too big for her small frame. "I mean, I've only been here twice now, but I think after both occasions, it's easily one of my favorites."

Her confession makes my heart dance and I feel a warmth spread in my chest. "Me too. Favorites. One of my favorite places, too." I stutter. Jesus christ, Harry, since when have you become so demure? "Why's it so special?"

Alexa only laughs and then twirls around mid-step, her dark locks falling around her carelessly but still managing to make her look so young and playful. "You brought me here." She points out, as if saying duh.

I don't want this to come to a halt, but the incessant thought of someone in particular won't subside and my mouth is faster than my mind so I'm suddenly blurting words out. "What about Mark?"

As soon as the question escapes, Alexa's wide smile falls into a tight line and I'm mentally punching myself in the throat. "God, don't hate me Lex, sorry. Too soon, too fast, I'm sorry."

I must've apologized at least 20 times by the time she raised her hand up at me to tell me to stop and we've reached her car. "It's okay, Harry." She sighs, hands searching for her keys in the pockets of her denim shorts.

My eyes search hers for any type of clue as to what she's feeling. "Um, I'm not quite sure about him."

That's not the answer I want, but I bite my tongue to prevent an argument from arising again. We do that too much.

A look of realization mixed with sympathy hits her face. "I'll figure it out soon." She smiles, her voice reassuring my thoughts.
