Can't Say Love

Chapter 4

  Me and the thousands of other girls inside of the stadium screamed as Hunter appeared on stage and began to sing.

  Though I kept getting worried about Hunter's phone in my back pocket. I don't know if I'll be able to get it back to him.

  I pushed that thought to the back of my mind as I began to sing along to my absolute favorite song, Tattoo.

   "Your name looks so good next to mine!" I sang.

Would be a good tattoo!!" I sung as loud as I could, falling in love with every lyric that he sang.

   The end of the concert came to an end all too soon. "Goodnight guys! Thank you so much! God bless you all!" Hunter called, folding his hands together and going on his knees before dashing off stage.

  The tons of fans screamed and cheered for awhile and soon began to filter out. I pushed through the fans and approached the entrance to the backstage. I found Hunter talking with a few band members after I passed a security guard. All I had to do was show the phone to prove I needed to be back here.

   I approached the group of boys shyly, unsure of what to do.

   "Woah dude," Matt said, backing away, "I thought they were all gone." He raised his hands as he glanced at hunter.

   Hunter pretended to be annoyed as he rolled his eyes, "Dude, its okay. Trust me. Um, I kinda need to talk to her." he said shyly.

   Matt, Sam, Devo and Steve backed away making faces and comments. "Dude I think he has a girlfriend..." Matt whispered loudly to Sam from nearby.

   "Matt, we need complete silence." Hunter laughed, sharing an inside joke.

   "Um.. soo I have your phone, if you're wondering where it went." I laughed, handing Hunter his phone.

   Hunter gave a crooked smile, it made my heart flutter. He looked so adorable.

   "Umm yeah, I wanna ask you something." Hunter said, shoving his hands in his pockets.

   "Alright," I said, trying to hide my nervousness. "Ask away."

   "Danielle, you have an amazing voice. Annd well, I wanna know if you wanna sing a duet sometime?"

   "Oh my god!" This was literally the best thing anyone could ask for. "Yes yes yeeeeessssss!!!!" I shrieked. Hunter laughed,      "cool, i'm stoked!" he said.

  He gave me a bear hug, "Hey gimme your number so I can call you up."

   Somebody pinch me now. Hunter Easton Hayes just asked me to sing a duet with him and now i'm giving him my number!!

   He handed me his phone back to me so I could type in my number. A huge grin was plastered on both of our faces as I did so. We were both stoked for this song to be recorded.

   A camera went off twice without anyone noticing and the taker dashed away before he got caught by security.
