I wandered out of the UMASS center feeling ecstatic. Tons of fans lined the outside perimeter, giggling and laughing.

A few girls gasped when they saw me.

   "Danielle!" They called.

I walked over to them smiling. "Hi." I said shyly. I'm not used to people actually liking me.

"Oh my god! Your voice sounded SO GOOD with hunter's!" A few of them shrieked. I blushed.

  "Thanks!"

"DANNY!!!" someone else called. I turned around and saw my black haired brown eyed friend racing towards me.

"Casy!" I said, hugging her as she came to me.

"I didn't see you at the concert but I heard you got to sing a little with Hunter!" She squealed.

"Yeah I did," I said, glancing around to make sure nobody was listening. "We're gonna sing a duet."

Casy gasped, "Oh. My. God. A duet? Really?"

"Mhm." I said, giving a prideful smile.

Casy hugged me again and told me she had to go. After saying goodbye, I decided to go home since it was late.

When I got home at around twelve, I set everything down and skipped silently upstairs so I wouldn't wake anyone. As I was getting changed, a piece of paper fell from my jean pocket. I picked it up and read it.

     Danielle,

I'm so excited for our song. It's going to be wicked, I can  already tell. I don't think i've heard any other voice that's as good as yours. Your voice is amazing and I wouldn't change a thing about it.

              Love,

                       Hunter

I smiled. He must've slipped that into my back pocket too. My heart skipped a beat. That boy made me go absolutely crazy. God.

The next morning, I packed up all of the things I brought from home in Nashville and began to say goodbye to my family. I gave my two sisters a hug and gave my mom an extra long one.

"Thank you so much mom." I said into her shoulder.

"Oh no problem honey." she said, "Hey, good luck on your song with Hunter."

I smiled, forgetting that I told her about it earlier.

I arrived at the airport a few minutes before I was allowed to board my plane, so I sat down and looked at the TV mounted o. the wall. It was a show about the newest gossip about celebrities.

"And now we have something for all you girls out there." The TV said. "Hunter Hayes-" I perked up. "Has a girlfriend!" I blinked and slumped down. What? Suddenly, a picture popped up on the TV. It was a picture of me, putting my number in hunter's phone. I groaned. This was horrible. I felt so bad for Hunter. What if he thought I was the one who published this? Just when things couldn't get worse, another picture popped up of us hugging.

At that I put my head in my hands and moaned.
