Chapt 4

I could feel my heart beating and my hair floating in the wind. I was mad, insanely mad. Going to the pub with four strangers, what was I expecting. And all those people saw us. I wish I didn't care about being seen with them, but I've no choice. Everyone in town talks about those foreigners. They drink, do drugs and take virginities. And I wouldn't give them that. Not even to Bono with his beautiful blue eyes, and his silky voice, his soft hands and the hair on his chest.. I shook my head violently, what was happening to me?! As I saw my house in the distance, I stopped to run and started to walk. The sound of my pounding heart was invading my head. My parents were going to kill me. I sneaked quietly into my house and before I could reach the stairs I heard my father's voice; "Come here". I swallowed loudly and walk to the couch were he was sitting. "Where were you?" I could feel the anger in his voice. I looked down and whispered "Out". A second later his hand was hitting my cheek and I was running to my room. I slammed the door and yelled "I HATE YOU". I needed to punch something, but the idea of hurting myself was repellent. So I grabbed the drawings on my walls and teared them off. All of them except one. I layed in bed and looked at the drawing on my ceiling. I put my hands on my face and the bright blue eyes invaded my mind. I wanted him to throw his arms around me and hold me tight, but it was impossible I knew that. I fell asleep all dressed and when I woke up the next day my head was hurting. I went to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. Miserable. My eyes were swollen and red, result of my tears. I took a cold shower and dressed in my usual skirt. I took a deep breath and went downstairs. My dad was standing in the kitchen, drinking his coffee and my mom was reading a book in the couch. It almost felt like a normal morning, a normal silent morning. For once, I felt like school would be better than home.
