Dean's POV
"Mmm..." I moan waking up about to sit up before realizing my angel is still asleep he's only been a human for a week so I'm not used to him sleeping but it's normal for him to be here we've been together for about a month but things have never been better he's been much happier without his grace strangely enough.
The weight of heaven being lifted off his shoulders.
It was nice seeing him like this... relaxed.
It's also nicer for me. Seeing Him sleeping and him eating it's been nice. It's been really, really nice. I love him, always have and always will.
"Mmmm... Dean?"
"Yea? I'm here Cas"
"Mkay. I love you de"He said nuzzling his face into my chest the words getting slightly muffled but I still smiled and responded with
"Love you too Cas. But you gotta get up we have a hunt to today, remember?"
"Mmm... mkay." He said sitting up of course we were sharing a room with Sam. There was no reason to pay extra money for a extra room if me and Cas are going to share a bed anyways.
"Sammy!" I yelled
Sam shot up from from his bed gripping his knife before realizing I was the one the one to wake him up
"Good reflexes Sammy"
"Ugh... seriously dean? Cas does dean wake you up this?"
"No... Dean normally doesn't wake me up but if he does it's normally just a kiss to my forehead and a 'hey Cas'"
"Seriously Dean?!"
"I get yelled at to wake up, But Cas gets a kiss?!"
"Well I could kiss you too... but first of all that would be weird and second I'd be worried you would stab my eye out and third your reaction to my yelling is much more entertaining and fourth Cas is the only one who gets kisses" I finished giving Cas a warm smile before kissing Cas softly on the lips until he pulled away smiling and leaning his head on my shoulder after kissing it.
"Ok you two so get this...in Danbury, Connecticut some teenagers broke into the old asylum. Some people driving by heard screams and called 911 when they got there the teens were found dead in puddles of their own blood but, get this. 3 of them were laying together the other one was found with their friends blood splattered on them, but they survived but according to the news article he won't talk. It's 3 hours from here."
"Ok so what...? A ghost?"
"Maybe? I mean it is a old asylum?"
"Ok lets go."
"Are you sure Cas it's the first case since you became human?"
"Yes, I'm sure" Cas answered me and kissed me on the nose
I chuckled slightly
"Ok lets go!"
We all got dressed and got into my beloved 1967 Chevrolet Impala we got a new routine Cas and I in front, Sammy in the back, I of course was in the drivers seat my favorite place in the car, who am I kidding have you seen this car I Love every part of it
~3 hours later~
We pulled into the parking lot at the bed'n'breakfast motel and asked the lady at the counter the usual thing
"Two queens please."
"K. Here you go" she responded handing me the key
We all changed into suits we all tied our ties... well Sam and I tied our ties but Cas was having some trouble.
"Cas? Do you need some help?" I asked
He looked slightly embarrassed
I chuckled before telling him "it's ok if you do..."
Honestly I couldn't not give him help I mean he looked like a adorable little puppy, a adorable little blue eyed puppy
"Yes Dean it appears over all the years that I've been on earth I haven't learned how to tie a tie" he said scrunching up his eyebrows
"Look at me." He turned around from the mirror
As I took the two ends of the tie he kissed me on the nose causing me to blush
"You can tie this can't you?"
"Nope! But I like distracting you when you're trying to focus. You start to blush and honestly it's adorable."
I chuckled slightly before telling him
"God, I love you Cas" I said kissing him again
"I wonder what would happen if I separated you two for even a day?" Sam suddenly questioned
"It's in your best interest to just fudging Not separate us" I responded
And went back to tying Cas' tie
"Thank you Dean" he said as I finished
"No problem Cas"
We walked out to the Impala got in and drove to the asylum where the police were still there investigating when we showed up we held up our badges
The woman showed the badges to asked us
"What, one team of you isn't enough?" She said letting us in. I looked at Sam and Cas questioningly they just looked back with the same questioning expression
And that's when Sam saw two guys in suits gestured towards them with his head. Cas and I looked of course we couldn't see the faces so... we walked up to them of course it had to be the Ghostfacers. Ed and Harry. We'd run into them a few. Times now but never with Cas.
"Excuse me we need some- alone time with our associates."
"Of course" the detective answered before walking away
"What are you two doing here?!"
"Looking for ghosts duh... you know like you and Sam do." Ed told us
"And who is this?" Harry asked looking at Cas
"I am Castiel I am an angel of the lord"
"Did it hurt" at this moment me and Sam both rolled our eyes but wanted to see how this went so we just watched the conversation play out
"Did what hurt?" Cas asked harry extremely confused
"When you Fell from Heaven?" Harry asked trying to be seductive but he ended up just sounding drunk
"Y-yes!!!!" He said starting to cry slightly
"Seriously?! You had to make my boyfriend cry?"
"Wait boyfriend?! I am so sorry please don't kill me!"
"Dude! I'm not going to kill you!" I said slightly annoyed "Cas you okay?"
He sniffed before responding with "Yes, dean in fine. Now let's look around."
I kept my arm around Cas' waist as much as I could without looking unprofessional

We get back in the Impala before talking more
"K so? Ghost?"
"Probably." Was all Cas said
"Cas? You ok?"
He just breathed out before laying his head in my lap
"Ok. Cas when we get back to the motel we can lay down and take a nap ok?"
"Mhm..."
I kissed his nose before driving back to the motel
"Dean, you And Cas can't actually take a nap I need help."
I smirked before replying "bite me."
"No ThankYou." He said obviously annoyed
"Ok then me and Cas are going to take a nap, and you can go to the library or the bar" I say raising my eyebrows "and do some research"
Sam lets out a puff of air before giving us his signature "I will kill you if you don't shut up" face before grabbing the keys to the Impala before walking out.
Cas laid down already so I came and laid down next to him
The minute I laid down he curled up next to me tangling our legs and laying his head on my chest
I wrapped my arm around him, my hand resting on his head, my fingers absentmindedly running my fingers through his hair.
