Meeting them.

Seconds after I rung the bell I heard footsteps. My heart started beating very fast. I just kept thinking I need to make a good impression. I was bullied a lot in high school for vlogging and being "awkward" ever since I still get anxiety about meeting new people. I just need to remember to be myself.
A boy with chocolate brown hair and bright blue ocean eyes opened the door. He saw me with a huge welcoming smile on his face. "Hey Brooklyn! We're so excited your here, come in" he said opening the door wider for me. As soon as I saw him and he smiled and talked to me all my anxiety and worries faded away and I felt comfortable.
I walked in and the rest of the boys walked up to me. "Hi I'm Zach nice to finally meet you" he said hugging me I hugged back and I felt safe. "This is Jonah, Corbyn, Jack, and Daniel" we exchanged hugs and heys.
We all went to sit in the living room. There were three couches, two of them seated two people and one seated three. On the one couch sat Zach and Corbyn, on the other Jack and Jonah, and then Daniel and I. "So tell us about yourself since we're going to be spending some time together." Corbyn suggested and all the boys agreed. "Ok well I'm Brooklyn you can call me Brooke if you want, I'm 17 years old. My hobbies are singing and YouTube obviously and I also like to dance" I said stating the basics. "Any siblings?" Jonah asked "yeah I have an older brother named Grayson he's 23" I responded. "Uh oh she's got an older brother she's off limits" Jonah said laughing, I rolled my eyes playfully "he's actually pretty chill he's engaged actually".
After a while of getting to know eachother we decided to play soccer outside. The teams were Corbyn, Daniel, Me against Zach, Jonah, and Jack. The game was pretty intense. We were 5 to 5 and this was the tie breaker whoever scored the point wins the game. Zach started of with the ball and headed towards our goal he passed it to jack and jack went to pass it to jonah but Corbyn got it instead and pass it to me and I scored. I ran to Corbyn and high fived him and Daniel. I walk up to Zach "haha you suck" I said stick my tongue out at him he acts hurt "take it back" he said "nope" I said crossing my arms and looking away. "Fine then I guess ill have to do this" before I could say anything I felt his arms around my waist. He threw me over his shoulder and started running towards the pool "no no no no" I yelled hitting his back. "Then say I'm better than you at soccer" he said "nooo" "fine than your going in" he almost dropped me in when I stopped him "ok ok ok, your better than me at soccer" I said in a sarcastic tone. "Fine" he put me down "just kidding" I said than sprinted as fast as I could into the house. I could feel Zach chasing me close behind. I got into the house a Zach tackled me onto the couch. We both sat up laughing with the rest of the boys. The rest of the night was filled with messing around, Snapchat stories, and laughing.
This is going to be fun.
