{Chapter Thirteen: Promise Me }

It was silent in the house. Nobody spoke. Shiro was with Keith and Lance in the living room watching TV at his house. "Should we check on Pidge?" Keith broke the silent. "You can try." Lance sighed moving his arm away from Keith so he could get up. Keith glanced at Shiro who looked worried. "I'll be back." Keith mumbled and walked towards the stairs giving Shiro one more glance, he shook his head and walked up the carpeted stairs. Its been a week sense Matt passed away and Pidge hasn't talked to anyone about it, she even pushed Shiro away. It wasn't fair to her, she thought the world just like to fuck with her.

Keith knocked at Pidges door softly. "Hey its me." Keith waited for a response, he waited for a moment. She said nothing, which worried Keith. He knew her better then anyone else, with her depression and Matt's death he couldn't help but worry about her. "If you don't answer me I'll come in myself." He threaten her, yet still her got no response from her. Keith rolled his eyes and opened the door. Pidge was hiding underneath the covers, small sniffles could be heard from her. "What?" She mumbled hiding still. "I came to check up on you." Keith answered her. "I'm fine go away."

Keith let out a sigh and sat on the edge of her bed. "No, let me see your wrist." Keith said harshly to her. "Why? You don't trust me enough not to hurt myself?" Pidge sat up the blanket falling off of her. "I don't. Not in this situation." Pidge glared at him shaking her head. "No, I refuse." That gave off red flags for Keith. "Show me." He demanded. "No. You can't come in here forcing me to show you my wrist just because you think I was self harming." Pidge grabbed the blanket and hid herself with it again.

"We are all worried about you, Shiro probably is the most!" Keith was getting angry at her, they were all just trying to care for her and be there for her as well and all she was doing was pushing them away. "Fuck off." Keith grabbed the blanket and pulled it away, Pidge sat up quickly trying to reach for the blanket showing her arm. "Katie!" Keith stood up and grabbed her arm looking at the cuts. "Shiro! Lance!" He hollered for them. Both of the boys came rushing up the stairs, Shiro ran in the room and went over to the bed. Katie avoided Shiro's gaze on her and turned her head away. "Lets get those cuts cleaned up okay?" Shiro said gently giving her a hug.

Katie sat on the bathroom sink looking down at the ground still trying to avoid eye contact. she winced a little when Shiro started to apply some type of disinfecting liquid to her cuts. "Sorry." Shiro said softly to her. Katie was angry at Keith for coming in her room, he couldn't just leave her alone like everyone else. "Why didn't come to me?" Shiro spoke up breaking the small second of silence that had. "I don't like to bother people with my problems." She mumbled looking at Shiro now. "Katie." The male in a sad tone. "You won't bother me, I promise. I don't want you to hurt yourself like this again, please." Shiro stood up and bandaged her arm. "Thanks.." He helped her get down from the sink. "I love you okay? And if anything happened to you I don't know what I would do." Katie hugged Shiro and felt her self start to tear up. "This isn't fair." Shiro wrapped his arms around her.

"I know." He mumbled and kissed the top of her head. "I wasn't even there when he-" She stopped herself. "I should have been there." She was now crying, hot tears flowing down her face. Katie hid her face in Shiro's shirt, leaving water stains on it. "Shiro." She mumbled hiccupping. "Hm." He made a noise acknowledging he heard her. "Don't leave me." She waited for his response. "I won't." He hugged her a bit tighter. "Promise?" Shiro chuckled. "I promise."

------week later

Katie was typing away on her laptop, she was looking at different collages she wanted to go to. "What collage are you thinking about going to?" She small girl asked Shiro. "One close to home, I'm not sure yet." Shiro laid next to her running his hands threw her hair. "I'll go to the same one then." She spoke closing her laptop. "You could get into any college and you want to go to a small one near here?" Shiro laughed a little and gave her smile. "If you're going then I'll go." Katie moved closer to him and kissed his cheek. The two laid there peacefully cuddling with each other, that is until Lance and Keith barged in. "Who wants to go look at houses and get wasted afterwards!" Lance yelled holding two bottles of alcohol. "NO!" Katie hollered glaring at the bottles Lance held. Everyone laughed at her reaction.

"I forgot we were going to go look at houses today." Shiro said sitting up stretching. "Yea theres this one that's really cheap and has two bedrooms and bathrooms! Also its close by that college Keith wants to go to." Lance smiled looking at his boyfriend. "That space one?" Katie raised her head. "Yea!" Lance set the bottles down. "I was thinking about going to that one!" Katie smiled and jumped up out of bed. "Yea me and Hunk too !"

"Same." Shiro watch Katie looked threw his closet. "Katie what are you doing?" Shiro asked raising an eyebrow. "Looking for one of your shirts I want to wear." That's when Lance and Keith noticed she was in her bra and shorts. "The fuck?!" Keith said stepping farther into the room. "Did you two!?" Both boys looked at Shiro. "Maybe." Katie winked and grabbed a shirt running out of the room. "Katie don't-" Shiro sighed and chuckled. "Did you?" Lance asked. "No, she was messing with you, maybe."

I am angry at dream works, I am happy for klance, I need more soda. ALSO LOTOR CAN FUCKING FIGHT ME WITH HIS HOT ASS. Season three was a roller coaster of me crying and screaming also laughing. So yea. I was wearing my keith jacket the entire time I watched it lmao. ALso I wanted to say Shidge shippers are cool because we get so much hate from other shippers and shit but we just ignore them keep shipping. We cool. Yup well that's all for now folks.
