Sophie ran around her room cleaning as Cynder leaned against the wall on the bed. "Come on Soph he's not that special."
"I know it's just something in me is making me feel like I have to." At that moment the door bell rings and the two almost fly out of the room to open the door. Sophie opens the door to see Jaxon standing on the porch.
"So time for some project work." Jaxon says stepping into the house taking off his shoes.
The teens proceed upstairs to Sophie's room and sit on the floor. Sophie rummages through the closet and removes a college rule notebook.
"This is my way of art." Jaxon flips through as he sees goring pictures of corpses and corruption. His smile widens more and more as he continues through.
"Now this I can work with, looks like our project will come along well." Jaxon and Sophie make eye contact again. Another feeling of safety and security washes over her, and a new inspiration for art.
The three continue to talk about their art interests and other things until Jaxon has to leave for dinner.
"Oh my God Cynder, he is so amazing. He actually understood the art too. He saw my potential."
"Awesome. But just be careful."
"What do you mean?"
"Last time you fell for a guy you got hurt pretty bad. And I get a dark vibe from him. So just be weary."
The two talk more and gossip until past curfew so Cynder stays the night to be ready in the morning.
