It's been a week since zayn started working with me. And i might add I've grown fond of him and his little kid Dean. I appreciate how dean and i got attached in very short time. Zayn haven't tell me about Dean's mother yet. Neither Dean ever mentioned about his mother.

Dean is happy go lucky child. Which makes up my mood every time i see him. And i saw the streak of happiness on zayn's face when he's around dean. His source of happiness. And to be honest, i missed zayn.

I wonder how this miracle happened. Him showing up at cafe i work after years and start working with me. It feels surreal sometimes. He'd been the popular guy in school who might have never acknowledge me but he seems to feel comfortable around me now which gives me joy. He never knew that i always wanted to be his friend in middle school and high school too. But always pushed this idea in back of my head thinking he would never even like to talk to me.

And now. We're here. Him being all happy around me. Talking to me like he got none else to talk to. He got no idea how happy he makes me. And I'm sure as hell I'd be the best i can be for him.

I was searching for my phone which i forgot where did i put in the Sunday morning. Which is day off for me since i worked extra time this week. And zayn too has day off today. He might be busy with dean. I wonder how he looks when he's giving bath to dean or making food for him. How amazing sight to see.

"Here it is." I told myself as i found my phone lying under the sheets. I had no idea why i was searching for phone out of nowhere. As i clicked power button, unread messages popped up on lock screen. There were five unread texts. I unlocked my phone and saw the contact names which instantly made me smile.

First was zayn. And then jason.

Did i forget to mention Jason is my best mate? Well he is. Since past two years. Our families are friends. This is how we became friends and then best friends and i guess there could be something else. But i ain't digging on it now.

I opened zayn's text first.

Zayn - Good Morning!!
Zayn - What are your plans for today?
Zayn - If you're free, come over and visit your little man who's missing you so bad. I mean Dean Ha.

My lips curved into smile as i finished reading texts. So Dean's missing me and Not him. Cool.

I started writing reply without giving a second thought.

Liam - Good morninggg to you and Deanie. I've no plans for today actually. So yeah i can visit Dean since he's only one missing me. You can kindly get out of your own house.

I chuckled to myself after pressing send button. And then went back to the other message from Jason.

Jason :D - Morning li.
Jason :D - Let's go for movie today. I'm bored af argh.

Oh god. I just replied Zayn that I'm coming over and now jason too wants me to go out with him.

I thought for a minute. And then replied.

Liam - G'mornin. Sorry Jay i can't make it today. Already going to visit friend.

I took deep breath and pressed send button. Then i plopped down on my bed, resting my head on headboard, closing my eyes for a minute and Phone chimed with a new message.
