Chapter 21-Good Bye

Alex's POV

Vicky 9:45 PM: Hey Alex Want to hangout with Jake and Chezka?

Me 9:46 PM: No thank you I got a lot of work to do

Vicky 9:49 PM: Okay, next time nalang

I just did not reply, silence means yes hehe

After I brushed my teeth I go to my bed and sleep silently

When I woke up I hear noises down stairs, maybe mom and dad got home

I get off my bed and go down stairs, and I was right!

I run of excitement and hugged them both tightly

"Hi nak! I missed you!" Mom said and kissed my forehead

"Me to nak! May pasalubong pala ako sayo" dad said and got a box

"Dad, pwede nang buksan?"

"Go on" he nodded

I opened the box and saw a punch of shirts, longsleeves tops, and perfumes

"Thanks, mom and dad!"

"Nak, one more thing" my mom said and handed me a broen envelope

"Aaahhhh!!.." I jump and scream when I saw a letter saying that

Congratulations, you will be one of ten scholars for Harvard University, we hope that you received this letter and we are hoping for your presence in the school

"Nak, we know that you've been wanting to study in harvard so we get your resumè amd pass it in Harvard ao you can go to America and study there" mom said

"Thanks mom! When will be my flight?"

"Tomorrow.."

Wait? what!? Tomorrow?

"Tomorrow!?"

"Yes, and this is the last day you can go to your school, so go on now and get dressed

Pagdatung ko sa school dumeretso na ako sa room, at umupo nalang sa isang sulok

"Hi Alex!" Energetic na bati saakin ni Sunny pero ako nakatulala lang

"Huy! Ano problema?" Tanong nya

"Aalis na ako dito Sunny..." sagot ko

"Bakit? San ka pupunta?"

"..Mag-aaral na ako sa America"

"Why?"

"Natanggap ako sa Harvard"

"Congrats!" Nagulat nalang kami nang may nag-salita sa likod namin

"Congrats at wala nang pangggulo.." sabi neto at tumawa pa

"Thanks, Sunny aalis na pala ako para makapag-ready sige, Babye!"

"Good Bye Alex, safe flight! See you in four years!" Sigaw ni Jake
