Giovanni.

"I never should've let her go anyway." I said shaking my head. Alessio sighed and looked at Teresa on the bed unconscious.

"I stopped the bleeding..but if she doesn't wake up anytime soon she's gone." Seth said taking his gloves off.

I licked my lips. This was all my fault. Seth walked out the room leaving us alone.

"All my fault." I said shaking my head. "Don't blame yourself for this..you killed the guy right?" Alessio asked.

I nodded. "Yea..he was about to rape her." I said looking at my brother.

He shook his head. "That's just fucked up..who could've sent him?" Alessio asked.

I shrugged. "How the hell would I know? We have alot of enemies." "I know that..but who's bold enough to do some shit like this?" He asked.

I was silent. I had no idea.

I heard Teresa groan a little. I looked at her and took a sigh of relief.

She opened her eyes and touched her head. "How'd I get here?" She asked.

"Do you remember what happened?" Alessio asked. "No." Alessio looked at me and I looked back at him.

Teresa tried to sit up when she stopped. "My head hurts..soo bad." She cried touching the back of your head.

"Don't touch it.. you should lay on your stomach since you have stitches back there."

She frowned. "Stitches? So my hair is gone?!" She exclaimed. I nodded.

"Most of it." She rolled her eyes. "This is crazy. Can you tell me what happened? Please?"

She asked. I licked my lips. "You were attacked in your apartment." Alessio said.

Teresa narrowed her eyebrows together. "Wait.. I remember hitting my head on the coffee table."

I nodded. "Yea." "Damn." She mumbled. "I'll give y'all some space." Alessio smirked.

I rolled my eyes knowing exactly what he was thinking about. I wasn't trying to be with this girl.

I'm not gonna lie and say I'm not attracted to her but I'm not trying to be in another relationship. Not after Chloe.

"So I have to stay here?" She asked. I nodded. "Yea until we figure out who sent that guy to kill you."

She folded her arms. "Well...Thank you." She mumbled. I raised a brow.

"I never thought I'd get one of those." She rolled her eyes. "Don't get used to it..you dragged me into this anyways."

"Not like I had a choice. I can't afford to go to prison again." She tilted her head to the side.

"You were in prison?" She asked. I nodded. "Yea for murder." She scoffed.

"Why am I not surprised?" She asked. I smirked. "Get dressed and meet us downstairs." Teresa nodded and I walked out of her room.
