Chapter 12 - Wedding Plans

'I knew you still liked him' Bella said to Rikki.

Rikki never spoke, she had a big smile on her face.

'So about the wedding?' Zane asked.

'We just got engaged two days ago Zane and have been getting bothered fom Charlotte the past two days and still need time to think' Lewis eplied.

'Charlotte?' Zane asked.

'Yeah, she was trying to expose Cleo and Dr. Denmon was with her' Rikki said.

'Dr. Denmon?' Zane asked.

'Yeah, long story' I said.

'I want to know' Zane asked impatiently.

'You don't have to know' said Rikki.

Did she hurt you?' Zane asked Rikki.

'No, I'm fine, she hurt Cleo' Rikki said.

I put my arm out to show Zane.

'That looks like something a dog would do' he said.

'Well what can we say, she is a dog' said Rikki.

We all laughed. Rikki was always funny.

'That's not nice' said Emma 'But it is funny'.

'Can we not talk about Charlotte anymore, she makes me want to throw up' I said.

'Anything for the bride' said Zane.

I smiled.

'So when will the wedding be?' I asked.

'Well we need to get the money, so I don't know yet' Lewis replied.

I smiled.

'I can help you with the money' Zane said.

'Oh no, we can't accept that Zane' I said.

'Why not?' Zane asked.

'Because it's our wedding, not yours' Lewis said.

'But I want to help' said Zane.

'No' I replied.

An hour passed and the argument continued.

'Come on, please, let me help' asked Zane.

'No Zane' Lewis replied.

'You do know I will beg you untill you say yes?' Zane stated.

'Zane they said no' said Rikki.

'But I want to help' said Zane.

Rikki rolled her eyes and sighed.

'Cleo let him help' She said.

'But it's our wedding' I said.

'Please Cleo' Zane begged.

I looked at Lewis and raised my eyesbrows.

'Fine you can help' said Lewis. 'But not too much'

'How much do weddings cost?' Bella asked.

'The average wedding costs about 36,200 dollars including the wedding dress, venue, cake, food, drinks, florist, photographer, catrerers, musicians or DJ and hair and make-up artist' said Emma.

'Wow that is a lot of money' Rikki said.

'Not if I'm helping' said Zane.

Zane, I already said you're not giving us a lot of money' Lewis said.

Zane sighed.

'Fine' Zane agreed.

'There is one problem' I said.

'And what is that?' Lewis asked.

'I don't have a maid of honor' I said. 'I can't choose between my three best friends' I added.

'Then you have three maids of honor' Lewis said.

'What do you say girls?' I asked Rikki, Emma and Bella.

Rikki started to cry and hugged me. Emma and Bella ran over to me and hugged me as well.

'Yes!' the girls all said together.

'Okay three maids of honor dresses to buy as well' I said.

'Zane will you be my best man' Lewis asked.

'Of course' Zane agreed.

Lewis and Zane had a man hug. It was really cute. Rikki walked over to Zane and hugged him. Zane kissed Rikki's head. Rikki smiled and put her head on his chest and closed her eyes.

'That is so cute' I said.

Bella called Will and put the phone on loud speaker.

'Hi Will, Cleo and Lewis are engaged' she said.

'Really? That's amazing news' Will replied.

'Yeah and I was wondering, would you like to my date to the wedding?' Bella asked.

'Yes! Of course' replied Will.

'Thank you!' said Bella.

'No problem' he said.

'Well have have to go Will, I love you' Bella said.

'Okay, bye I love you too' said Will.

Bella hung up.

Emma took her phone out of her pocket.

'Hi Ash, Cleo and Lewis are engaged, will you be my date to the wedding? She asked.

Her phone was not on loud speaker so we couldn't hear his reply.

'Thank you' said Emma.

Emma hung up on Ash.

'Ash said yes' Emma told us.

'Zane will you- ' Rikki said before Zane interupted her.

'Yes! Obviously' Zand said.

Rikki smiled.

Lewis kissed me and I put my head on his chest, closed and smiled
