I really love writing, but by no means am I a perfect storyteller.
This book is me revisiting an art form that I left alone for a few years, so it isn't going to be perfect. It's not edited, and there will be some errors here and there that slipped under my radar whilst proofreading.
Updates will be weekly or fortnightly, depending on how quickly I can churn out the next chapters, given my schedule. I'll try to be as consistent as possible.
With that said, I'll just leave these pointers here, to aid in your appreciation for this story.
1. Sarcasm and edgy humour are staples you'll find in every chapter. I'll try my best to make each character believable, but that's my brand of humour - so it's definitely going to find itself in whatever I create.
2. I'm from the Caribbean, so I use British English (you know, 'organise' instead of 'organize', and the like). Also, don't be surprised if you find sentences that look and sound like broken English - there will be a glossary at the end of the chapters that need it.
3. There will be instances where profanity will be used. Some of you may not like it, and that's okay. However, that's how I decided to make the characters react in these respective situations and it's my style of writing. Hopefully, you'll enjoy it.
4. Comments are appreciated, so long as they're not rude, derogatory, or made solely to inflict damage on those who read it, rather than provide constructive criticism. Be civil, please.
5. Vote, Follow me on Wattpad (@laicanthrope) and Wordpress (https://laicanthrope.wordpress.com/) to see more of what I write.

DO NOT COPY AND POST MY STORY TO ANY OTHER WEBSITE. This story is mine and is the product of weeks of writing, planning and brainstorming all in the name of creativity. If you try to pass this off as your own, you are no better than a common thief.
Try not to be an awful person, would you?

With that out of the way, I hope you enjoy the story!
