If She Could Start Over

You're Fired

Johnathan went to the police station to start work when his boss called him into his office. Johnathan had missed a lot of days since the movie theatre shooting because he had turned into a zombie. He thought that if he showed up the next day, everyone would freak out, and he didn't want that to happen so he stayed hidden.

*talk*

Johnathan: Good morning sir.
Boss: Good morning.
Johnathan: Why am I here?
Boss: You have missed too many days.
Johnathan: Okay, I'll just make them up.
Boss: That's not going to work this time.
Johnathan: What do you mean?
Boss: You're fired.

*End of talk*

Johnathan packed his things in a box, put the box in his car, and drove home. After 3 hours, he got home and put the box on the living room floor. When Alice heard the door, she came in from the kitchen and hugged him and kissed him on the lips.

Alice: Hey baby. Are you home so early.
Johnathan: .......
Alice: What's wrong?
Johnathan: I got fired today.
Alice: What?!?!?!?!
Johnathan: It's okay I'll find another job.
Alice: Okay, but please be on time next time.
Johnathan: Okay.

Alice went back to cooking in the kitchen and sang along to the music that was playing. When she finished cooking the meal, she used her ice powers to cool it down and served the meal to her boyfriend. Alice's ice powers came to her when she turned into a zombie. She has become a natural at controlling her powers and would sometimes use them to entertain Johnathan. Johnathan and Alice have gone out on many dates and had a lot of "intimate moments" with each other. They were so happy together and would sometimes talk about what their future kids would look like. Alice felt like she finally had someone to love and that she was finally home.
