In case you were wondering how to pronounce the title of this chapter, the beginning sounds like Amethyst's, then idot. Thanks, Enjoy! ;)
Ameidot POV
We fused?! The Peridot part of me made me jump up and down in excitement. The Amethyst part just shrugged. She did fuse with three other girls and even Garnet, Pearl, and Steven. She was used to being fused with the others. I had hair like Amethyst's. It was the same length but I am taller so it's down to the end of my back. I had a long, black tank top with a big, white star and black tights. I had a black cape on, too. I had visors because of Peridot. My shoes were like Peridot's, only black. I am as tall as Pearl because Peridot and Amethyst are short.
"You fused. So what?" Helenite said, trying not to sound afraid, but her voice was cracked and filled with fear.
"That means I can beat you and take our friends back home." I said. I summoned a green metal sword tied to Amethyst's purple whip. It was like a weopon you use to throw and pull back out or drag them. I took the handle on the whip and slung the sword at Helenite. She skillfully dodged it. I heard behind me Jasper screaming and yelling not far behind me so I quickly grabbed the handle to the sword, the handle to the whip in my other hand. I swung the sword and caught her side. She gasped in pain but continued to fight before she poofed. I picked up her gem. I heard footsteps running behind me and I quickly swung my sword at whoever was behind me. I heard a gasp and when I had fully turned around, I saw an orange gem on the floor. Jasper. The Peridot that was with her took off running. "Yeah, run! Like the big baby you all are!" I said. I bubbled the two gems and held onto them. For some reason, Peridot's gem just wouldn't let Amethyst send the gems to the bubblement room. I grabbed Steven and Pearl's gems and took off running. I have to find Ruby and Sapphire.
....
I sensed a feeling in me. A nasty feeling. From Peridot's point of view, it was like I was about to project some vile acid from my stomach. And for Amethyst, the same. Puke feeling. I gagged and continued walking. Fusions can't get sick. Regular gems can't even get sick. So what is this feeling? I felt a needle of pain in me form as it pointed down a long hallway-like room.
"Let... me... GO!!" I heard a loud scream. The gem was obviously in pain but if so, why didn't they poof? I walked silently down the hall and saw that Peridot that ran off torturing Ruby. The reason Ruby hasn't poofed is because the Peridot is holding tight onto her hand. Right where her gem is. She is holding the gem tightly so that she can't poof. I gasped silently.
"Not until you tell me where your little fusion friend is going! She obviously isn't looking for you!" The Peridot yelled.
"I... don't know... what your talking... about!" Ruby said. She tried to pull her hand away from the Peridot, but she just held tighter. Ruby gasped in pain. I then realized that Sapphire isn't here. I summoned my weopon. The glow startled the Peridot. I instantly slung my sword at her, and right on time, Ruby was able to set it on fire before it actually hit the Peridot. Ruby then poofed. I ran to grab her gem, but the Peridot caught it first. I looked down to the other four gems I was holding. There was a soft white glow. I set the Pearl on the floor and continued to dodge little objects that were thrown at me. Pearl's form grew. Then she became whole again
"Gah! I'm back!" She yelled. Then she saw me. She gasped. "Amethyst,
P-Peridot?" She looked at us, flabbergasted. I chuckled and swung my sword at the Peridot. She gasped in pain as it sliced her chest right down the middle. She poofed. I picked her gem up, too. "What are you doing with that?" She asked. "Just leave it." I ignored her and continued on.....
"How many gems do you have?!" Pearl finally noticed all of the gems I was carrying.
"Well, let's see. I have Steven, Jasper, Helenite--" Pearl cut me off.
"HELENITE?!" She gasped.
"Yeah. She is loyal to the Diamonds. She lied." I said. Pearl growled. I continued on how many gems I had finally. "I have that other Peridot, Ruby and that's it. So that makes five gems." I said. She nodded. She grabbed Stevens gem.
"Oh, when that Helenite reforms, she is in for a big punishment!" Pearl threatened. She isn't the best at threats. "I just hope Steven wasn't hurt too bad when he retreated." Pearl sadly said. Steven has poofed before, but there is a feeling inside us that says something bad. And I can't figure out what it is that is so bad.
"Hey," I touched Pearl's shoulder. "This is Steven we're talking about. Not Jasper. Not Ruby. Not Helenite. Steven. Okay? I'm sure he'll be fine." I said. Pearl nodded. The feeling in her is killing her. I sighed.
"Let's just find S-Sapphire." Pearl stammered. I nodded and we continued.
....
"Grr, I'm getting tired and I'm a full gem!" I yelled. But not loud enough for other Homeworld gems to hear. It's been hard hiding. Not very many places to hide. And I can't blend into the crowd. I'm two different kinds of gems fused. And that's not allowed on Homeworld. If you fuse on Homeworld, it has to be with the same kind of gem as you.
"I know, but we have to find Sapphire." Pearl said. She smiled softly and continued walking.
