Rose POV

"Wake UP!!"
I slowly opened my eyes to see that Erin was about to throw a pillow at me, but because I sleep like a bear I couldn't get away in time.
"Ouch, what was that for? Its Saturday!" I asked with a bit of anger and sleepiness
"Ummmm... Sorry to pop your bubble Rose, but it's TUESDAY!" Erin said while throwing me another pillow but this one I managed to duck.
I stood up and started to change, as soon as Erin and Cariba left, Alice came over and whispered, "I know you haven't slept because you're always reading your mums notebook and looking at the newspaper" "and don't say no because I have seen you" she added as she saw I was about to protest.
"But I'm so close... I learned from my mom's notes that who we are looking for is a man but he isn't alone each time he attacks he leaves footprints, his and others the size of... kids"
Alice gasped. "You don't think... That maybe he kidnapped them?" She asked, the colour draining from her face, and tears starting to form in her eyes.
"No, I don't think so... Because in the footsteps it doesn't look like the man is dragging the kids, it looks like they are helping him."
"But why would they do that?" Alice asked
I shrugged, I really didn't know maybe they were under the imperius curse, at that moment there was a knock on the door "are you coming or do we leave without you?" Erin shouted.
Alice and I looked at each other and shouted at the same time "COMING!"

We ran for breakfast and then Alice went to herbology while I left for Potions with Alex.
"Hey after class, do you want to go to the field to practice for the Quidditch match against Slytherin, I heard that they have two inexperienced players" Alex asked on our way.
"Yea sure, But I heard that the newbies are REALLY bad..." I said trying to hold a laugh.
"But still we should practice we never know if they really are good, I highly doubt it, but it's a date" Alex said as he smiled at me
I smiled back "We should probably run or were gonna be late" I said as we started to run.

When we arrived everyone was already there, but luckily Wheelbarrow had not arrived yet but something felt weird there was this boy that looked like Alice's hot cousin, "I think we're save..." Alex said while panting because of the run.

Of course! He would never miss an opportunity to embarrass anyone, especially Alex, for some reason he doesn't like Alex... I wonder why? "Mr. Alex would you like to head to the headmistress' office to see if this time your save, or maybe she could be a cat!" He said as he transformed into a cat and started chasing Alex until he got to the door to walk to her office, he shot me a look that said, 'I hate this class'
As wheelbarrow started to transform back he said "Okay, today we will work on a potion called The Draught of peace, can anyone tell me what this potion does?
My hand shot straight in the air.
"Yes, Malfoy"
I turned around and saw that Scorpius was smirking at me as he said, "The Draught of Peace provides personal comfort, it also calms anxiety and soothes agitation"
"Very good, 10 points to slytherin" Wheelbarrow said in an expression that told everyone who his favourite student was
How dare he, I mean he is my friend and book buddy, but NOBODY steals my answers.
"So, the Draught of Peace is a very difficult potion to make as the ingredients must be added in a very specific order, the mixture must be stirred exactly the right number of times and the heat of the flames on which it is simmering should be lowered to exactly the right level for the right number of minutes before the final ingredient is added, I know it's a lot to handle but I wouldn't give it to you unless I knew you could do it"
I knew I had to beat Scorpius. Because I had to be the best at EVERYTHING. But before I could move to find my ingredients Wheelbarrow said
"This work will be evaluated in pairs, I will make the pairs" I heard a round of disappointed noises, but I was fine unless I was with.... "WEASLEY with MALFOY!" Oh poop.
"Okey rose with Scorpius, and.... You know what I'm an old man, and I'm tired the rest of you can choose. NOW GET TO WORK!!"
What! That's not fair. Why do I have to be with HIM? As I walked to my table I could see Wheelbarrow smirking, maybe this isn't going to be THAT bad.
"Okey let's get started!" He said as I walked towards him, maybe he didn't think this was bad, maybe it wasn't bad
"Okey, Um. You can go and get the ingredients while I start analysing the instructions" I said matter-of-factly
"Oh. Of course not! It is a gentleman's job to do everything for a lady. You just sit down I will work for both of us" he said smiling to himself
Wait, What?! Of course, I will not let him get the credit
"Ummmm... Of course NOT! You want all the credit for yourself, don't you?!" I said raising my voice
"What? Of course not! I just wanted to help!" He said also raising his voice
"Of course, you want to help. Your house '10 points for slytherin for doing all the work, and 10 points less for Gryffindor for not doing anything!" I said almost shouting.
"Right! You know what, YOU can go get the ingredients and I will analyse this!"
"FINE!!" I said as I stormed away for the ingredients, when I got back he was just sitting there not doing anything.
"Well. What are you doing it's supposed to be team work!" I said VERY annoyed
"WHAT?! First you tell me that I'm doing everything and now I'm not doing ANYTHING!" He yelled, making me drop everything
