(Pov Albus)



"Your cousin is amazing" Scorpius said while throwing himself to the couch of the slytherin common room.
"I know right, Fred is pretty cool". I replied.
"I am not talking about him you idiot, I'm talking about HER..." he responded.
"Ummmm... I'm not a mind reader, who are you talking about?" I asked a little confused
"Albus, Albus, Albus... I sometimes wonder why I'm friends with an idiot" he rolled his eyes at me "I'm talking about ROSE!"
"Here we go..." I said sarcastically.
"Her hair smells like daisies, and her smile is like a sunshine with unicorns and rainbows...." He sighed.
I rolled my eyes "Ok MR. CHEESY POET, your declaration of love is really affecting my brain's sake, if I wanted a declaration I would go to Alice"
"REALLY?! Wait here, I'm gonna go ask her advice...." he said as he left the room

I sighed, I knew this was not gonna end well, I stared at the door were Scorpius had left, at that moment Mia and Amy entered the room, Amy looked a bit serious but when she saw me, she ran to talk to me.
"Where is Scorpius?". Mia asked.
"He just left "I answered.
"I know, I want to know where did he went". She replied
"She went to talk to Alice, you know the Gryffindor girl".
"He is with Longbottom!" She exclaimed.
"Lovegood" I corrected her.
"What?" She said quite confused.
"She prefers to be called Lovegood" I explained.
"Well, apparently you know your girlfriend pretty well" she said hiding a grin.
"She's not my girlfriend" I said scratching my hair.
"damn it! Was I blushing?" I thought.
"I think you two will make a great couple" "Don't you think Amy?" Mia teased.
Amy blushed so hard I thought her cheeks were going to explode.
"You think so?" I said while smiling. I cleared my throat. "I mean, Me and Alice? No way!"
"You're in love Albi"
"I'm not in love Mia!" "Now, if you excuse me I'm going to the Gryffindor tower "I started walking towards the door.
"And not because I want to see Alice!". I snapped

As I left the Slytherin common room, I walk to through the hallways looking for one of my Gryffindor cousins. Because being honest I don't know where is the Gryffindor Tower.
I kept walking trying to find a familiar face. When suddenly I saw Alice and Scorpius walking together, laughing like if they knew each other since they were babies.
I tried to go somewhere else. Because seeing my best friend and the girl who has a crush on me together really makes me sick.
Although I wanted to disappear from the hall to stop seeing Scorpius and Alice, I felt the need to stay and keep watching Alice and her beautiful SMILE. Wait WHAT? I mean I want to check on Scorpius of course, I want him to keep his leg (I mean by the accident in the train with Alice).

(Pov Alice)

"So... You want me to help you conquer Rose's heart?" I asked.
"Yeah, something like that" Scorpius replied scratching his head.
"I thought you were getting closer, you know, due to the book buddy thing" I said.
"Yeah but, Is just that. I mean... I have this feelings for her that never leave me alone, every time I see her, I feel butterflies in my tummy and I start blinking and smiling like an idiot" He replied.
"Ok? So, summarising all your love poem"
"Hey! Well I won't say anything since Albus said the same thing".
"What? That you are a lost case of romantic drama?" I asked.
"Something like that." He replied. "By the way, he was the one who told me to ask for your advice, he says that you are a kind of cupid. I don't know what he meant with cupid but here we are".
"Did he say that?" I asked trying to avoid blushing. Oh my God, did Albus have a crush on me? Wait a minute, that could never happen because I'm nuts according to him. And he is the most intelligent boy I know, obviously he would never date a girl like me, or... Would he?
"Alice, are you paying attention to what I just said?" Scorpius hissed.
"Yes of course. So...you have a crush on Rose, but she sees you just like a friend, and you want to be more, but that will never happen because you don't know how to speak to her because she is a Weasley and you are a Malfoy, and this thing is getting worse than Romeo and Juliet's tragic death scene". 
"Yep sonething like that.... Wait, have you read that book?" Scorpius asked.
"What book?" I asked a little confused.
"Romeo and Juliet, have you read it?" He asked again.
"Nop" I confessed.
"The how do you know that they die?"
"Come on Scorpius!" I snorted. "Maybe I have psychological problems but I'm an expert in muggle literature". "Besides every person with the ability to think, or at least with a brain, must know that they both die.
"If you are an expert, how did they die?"
"Easy, they were run over by an airplane" I responded. "Oh god, I feel so clever!".
"Oh, for Merlin's sake! An AIRPLANE, REALLY!" He shouted.
"You know what they say, if you are a wizard you shouldn't trust in airplanes, broomsticks are better". (Unless you are Arthur Weasley, then believe in airplanes!).
"It was written in the 1590's, there were no airplanes at that time! Besides there isn't any quote in the wizarding world about airplanes 'trustworthiness'" He shouted again.
"Calm down booknerd, this is Hogwarts, not a muggle book club" I said.
"Sometimes I wish it was" He mumbled.
"Ok, if it makes you feel better, I read the first three pages of the book" I said.
"Oh my God! YOU KNOW HOW TO READ!"
"Very funny Malfoy. Now I know why Rose hates you." I said sarcastically
"Does she really hate me? He asked.
I could see his gloomy face, it was the face of broken hearted boy. This was the real Scorpius, not an arrogant boy, not a selfish person like a Malfoy should be. Just a guy who has feelings and wants to date my best friend. So, I responded.
"I'm just messing around with you, of course she doesn't hate you. You are the only person she has been talking about since we arrived Hogwarts".
"Really? She only talks about me?"
"Of course...." I said "Well most of the time..."
"What do you mean with most of the time?" He inquired.
"You know, you aren't her only suitor. There's a Gryffindor guy who always say hi to her in the halls and winks to her".
"What the hell! From where did that "suitor" came from. Lovegood, you need to tell me his name" He snapped blocking my way.
"Or what Malfoy? Are you going to make my life miserable and a living hell" I responded?
"I..." Scorpius hesitated.
"We both know you aren't capable of that. After all, you were created to be a gentleman".
"How do you know I am a gentleman, maybe I have a DARK SIDE like my FATHER".
"Give me a break... you didn't fight with that evil squirrel when it stole your 20-page essay" I said.
"You know what they say, squirrels are not trustworthy." He replied.
"Who says so!" I exclaimed.
"The same guy who said that airplanes aren't trustworthy".
I laughed.
"You know, you are quite funny when you are yourself". I said.
"You think so?" He asked.
"Yeah, if you keep up thegood work, maybe Rose and you will be dating before Christmas eve".
"Finally, great news! My ears are happy now" He exclaimed.
"Unfortunately, you still have to compete against 2 guys". I said.
"TWO! I thought it was only one" Scorpius shouted.
"Just because I ship you and Rose I will give you the names"
"So, you have a ship" He smiled.
"It's not just a ship, it is my OTP!" I confessed.
"OTP? Is that even a word?"
"It is, in everyday girls 'dictionary." I replied.
Unbelievable, a romantic guy who is desperate to find true love, doesn't know the meaning of the word OTP, that's overwhelming."
"Alice, names, Now!" He said.
"Ok, but you have to swear that this will remain as top secret" I said.
"I swear for my books, that I will never tell it" He replied.
"Ok, so the guys you are looking for are: Calcium Williams, captain of the Gryffindor team, keeper, handsome, 6th year, he has a lot of fans and sends Rose a rose every Monday". I started.
"Roses for Rose? Really? He's isn't the competition, his ideas are so cliché" He interrupted.
"Maybe you are not afraid of him, but believe me the other suitor is worse. Alex wood, Gryffindor 2th year, so desperately in love with her, he is her best friend, he waits for her in the common room every morning, and they are together most of the time". I continued.
"He isn't the competition either, I'm sure about that, they fought in the train before summer and she almost slapped him in the face!"
"They are not fighting anymore, he sent her a bouquet of daisies as an apology for his behaviour" I added.
"So that's why she smells like daisies..." Scorpius said.
"Eh... No, that's just her perfume" I replied.
