Chapter 5 -Your Kidding

-Chapter 5-

"Your kidding," I gasped, setting the kitten down in my lap and rereading its collar. Subconsciously, I scratched its head, and only became aware of it when the small creature erupted into purs.

Sky smiled slightly at us before answering my question. "Nope! Mitch and Jerome were able to book it for us."

Then I felt bad. "Why didn't they go together?"

Sky shrugged. "Apparently Mitch hasn't been feeling well so they decided not to go. We were first on the list, so we got it! I was going to book this trip for us anyways, but this is plain easier." He gave me a smirk, and I flashed it back.

Getting up, still holding the small kitten in my arms like it was the fragile piece of glass, I walked over to him. Standing on my toes, I reached up and kissed him softly. He pressed back, smiling into it.

We pulled away very slowly, only to have the small kitten meow squeakily in protest. I let out a squeal of delight - IT WAS CUTE, ALRIGHT?!

"Wait," I mumbled, looking at my husband. "What about Dawn? We can't very well leave her here, we're not sure what she'll do. And we can't pay to keep her in the hotel for that long. They'd kick her out after a while, anyways."

Sky nodded slowly. "Your right...we need to set something up with Dawn and what's-her-face-"

"I think it was Jocelyn." I cut in. I knew it was Jocelyn, but only because that was my old girlfriends name.

I still can't believe that my straight girlfriend of two years became a lesbian.

Wait, what am I saying? I became gay. Oh freaking well.

"-Jocelyn, before we go away." He finished, flashing me a grin as the small kitten in my arms made a meow with great power.

"What do we name her?" I asked, scratching her head. Adam reached out, rubbing down her back. With the both of us massaging her, she purred loudly and basically fell asleep in my arms.

"Butter..." He mumbled. "Muffins....Weezy, Reese, Anubis..."

"Wait," I cut in. "How long did you think about this for?"

"Only a few hours." He cried in defense, and I laughed once more. "Yeah, sure."

-Time Skip-

"TY?!" It was a week later, and I was sprawled across the couch, the small kitten on my lap as I took a tiny nap.

I reached my hand up, curling it into a ball and rubbing my eyes. Kawaii, who was on my stomach, purred lightly. I laughed slightly, scratching her head and reaching for my phone at the same time.

Checking the time, I realized I had taken a forty-minute nap.

I struggled to sit up, the wall of tiredness still weighing on top of me. There was a dark chuckle from Sky, who happened to be watching me struggle to get up.

"Shut up," I mumbled, slipping my phone into my pocket. Adam walked over, sitting on the couch and leaning foreward. Our lips met softly, and lingered for a few moments until we had to breath once more.

He reached down, subconsciously patting our kitten, Kawaii. We called her that because....well...she's kawaii. (A/N Kawaii : Cute, adorable in Japanese)

"Are you ready to go? Our plane leaves in three hours!" He cried with excitement, jumping up. I chuckled, kicking ff the cover and raising with him.

"I'm tired..." I complained softly.

"Sleep on the plane then, babe." Adam chuckled, making me roll my eyes.

"WE'RE READY!" Screamed a sudden voice, and out popped Dawns head from around the corner.

"Whose ready for the Caribbean?"

I know this is slow I'm so sorry XD

That simply because the next part is too long to put with another bias, and the kitten thing had to happen.

So kawaii! Thank you to the person who suggested that, I'm actually into an anime like die-hard right now (*cough* Ouran High School Host Club *cough*) so when you said it...I died XD

I did use the other cat names so...yeah :) I would also like to point out that this book is going to be a lot more loose and fluffy than the rest. It will still have a storyline, but a lot more...CUDDLES :3
