Usually chairs are a comfortable nice place to be. Not today. I'm terrified. Sitting in this chair waiting for the doctor to call us back is agonizing. I can't sit still, I'm sweating profusely and my heart won't stop racing. I looked over at andy. He looks perfectly calm. What the hell. How can he be calm
Andy's POV
what if something's wrong with the baby?What if the pregnancy test was wrong? What if this hurts (y/n)? What if this kills (y/n)? I don't know how much longer I can wait here. I looked over at (y/n). Oh my god. She's terrified. Oh andy calm down. Just comfort her okay. It's all going to be ok.
I put my hand on her thigh. She looked at me
"Hey. It'll be alright. Ok" I said
" i really hope so " she said and grabbed my hand. We sat there holding hands for about two minutes but those two minutes felt like hours. Finally the doctor called us back

I'm lucky to have andy. I have no idea how he can be so calm during this but it's really coming in handy. The doctor finally called us back and I shot out that stupid chair.

I felt the cool gel go onto my stomach and I swear my insides shifted. What if this was just a false alarm. What if it's a miscarriage. What if what if what if. The doctor moved the scanny thing around a bit more then I heard him say the most relieving sentence I have ever heard in my life
Andys POV
"Aw there it is mrs. Biersack"
I looked up at the screen and saw the small figure in it. It's real. It's really happening. We finally did it. I felt tears start to form in my eyes and walked closer to (y/n) and held her hand. She looked up at me already crying.
"I can't believe it" she said
"I don't see anything wrong yet but it says over here that you were diagnosed with infertility a while back so we'll keep a close eye out to make sure everything goes well" the doctor said
