Harry: They say that the worst way to break up with someone is by avoiding them, and that's exactly what Harry was doing. He hadn't called while on tour and now that he was back he hadn't even bothered to come see you. Now as you stood on his doorstep you knew what you were doing, ending things. You knocked only once, hearing commotion in the background. You'd planned out your speech in advance, knowing what you were going to say. He opened the door, his eyes wide as he saw you for the first time in months. "I just came to drop off your stuff. I won't try to contact you anymore. I'm sick of giving you everything I've got and getting nothing in return." You said, shoving the box you had of his things in his arms. He was speechless as you ended it with him, his heart sinking as you walked away, realizing it was officially over.
Louis: Ever since Louis got back from tour, he's been distant, barely spending any time with you. He goes out a lot but you don't ask about it, not wanting to start an argument. Finally, he decides to have dinner with you. As you sit in your apartment things are awkwardly quiet, only the scraping of your forks and his loud chewing being heard. He finally looks up at you, meeting your eye for the first time. "I think we should see other people." He says. You finish chewing before you respond, fighting the urge to cry. "You've already been seeing someone else haven't you." You say more than ask. He doesn't say anything, confirming your thoughts. Neither of you say anything as he stands, kissing your forehead one last time before walking out the door. You both know that there are no more words to say. It is over.
Niall: Niall seems to be changing quite a bit lately. You don't think the fame's getting to him necessarily but he may be conforming to the standards that girls have of him some. He comes back in one night, a little tipsy, wearing his usual attire of a tank top and hat. "Niall, where have you been?" You ask sternly, dressed in only your night clothes. He grins, walking over to you. "(Y/N), I have a reputation to uphold. You can't be mad at me for going out." He slurred in response. "Yes I can and I am. You're not the same guy anymore. I want my old Niall back." You said to him. His face contorted before it became angry. "You should just accept the new me. If you can't then we can no longer be together." He replied. Your pride got the best of you. "Well then I guess we're done here." You said, crossing your arms. He didn't say another word, turning and walking out the door.
Liam: Things have been hard with Liam on the road all the time. When he finally comes home things just aren't the same, there's no longer that connection. You both sit down for dinner, barely speaking a word to each other as you eat. When your plates are clean and the only sounds are the mummers of other conversations in the restaurant. "I think we need to take some time apart." You both say at the same time, sighing as you both are agreeing on something. After dinner you both say your goodbyes, his lips pressing to your cheek one last time. As he walks away you can't help but wonder why it is that you miss him so much.
Zayn: You and Zayn fight, a lot. Between both of your mood swings and him having to work constantly, there's always something wrong in the relationship. This time, he's yelling at you for not spending enough time with you, even though he works until he's out of energy, coming straight home for sleep. You lose your mind when he's yelling at you, completely forgetting the argument because you're so sick of him. Without thinking you blurt out the words. "I can't do this anymore! We're done!" You can see the pain in his eyes but know that you mean the words, walking out the door without a second glance.
