#58 he asks your parents to marry you.

Harry: Harry is confident that with a little persuasion, he can't receive your parents' blessing to marry you. While you're both on holiday, visiting both your families for Christmas celebrations, Harry decides to sit down with your parents, the weight of the ring he's already bought filling his pocket. "Before I ask (Y/N) for her hand, I'd like to have her parents permission. It's important to the both of us that we have your blessing." He says, stumbling over his words a little. Your parents are wary because of Harry's reputation in the media but trust your instinct, granting him permission to ask for your hand on that came Christmas night.

Louis: After only a year of being together Louis is sure that he's ready to marry you. He spends his days traveling the world with work but has never found a girl as perfect for him as you. He's been planning to ask for your hand as soon as he's back from tour, only needing the word of your parents to give him complete satisfaction know he'll have their blessing. With the instant approval of both your mom and dad Louis sinks to his knee as soon as he's through the gates of the airport, the question slipping from his mouth as soon as he meet your eyes, your acceptance a kiss from your now fiance.

Niall: Having an overprotective father had been the source of Niall's postponing of his proposal to you. After being with you for six years he can wait no longer, finally facing your father to ask for your hand in marriage. As soon as the question is asked your dad rejects him, claiming that Niall isn't worthy of you. Thankfully your mom comes in to interject. "Go ahead sweetie. It's about time he let her grow up anyway. I was almost scared you weren't going to ever propose because of Mr. Overprotective here. It'll do him some good to let another man take care of (Y/N). Good luck." She says, your father unable to do anything but nod in agreement.

Liam: Liam has always been the perfect boyfriend. He's committed, a hard worker, and tries to dedicate as much of his free time as he can to you, giving you all of himself. He gets along well with your family and the moment he asks for your parents blessing upon your marriage they leap with excitement. On the same night when you meet at your parent's house, all your friends and family there to witness, Liam sinks to his knee and proposes to you, ready to move from being the perfect boyfriend to the perfect husband.

Zayn: Zayn hasn't proven to be the best person your parents would've chosen you to be with. They don't exactly approve of the tattoos or the fact that he has to spend a lot of time away. You know Zayn's the person you want to spend the rest of your life with though and he's come to realize the same for you. He usually doesn't go to visit your parents because of the criticism he receives from them but today he has a special task he has to take care of. As soon as he enters your parents home the strikes come, your mother's squeaky voice loud in his ears. "Pull your pants up. I can't believe my daughter's still wasting time on you. You smell like smoke." She repeats, her words driving into his head until he explodes. "I love her and I want to marry her. That's what I came here for." He spits back at her. Your father overhears and comes to where he stands, a smile creeping on his face. "After nearly six years you've finally asked. You finally did something right boy. Of course." He approves, accepting Zayn into your family at last.
