#18 he proposes without your parents permission and they get annoyed

Harry: Your parents have been very vocal about their dislike towards Harry. They see him as the womanizer that the media makes him out to be, always questioning his faithfulness to you. When you finally announce your engagement to them and the rest of your family they are much less than happy about it. "How could you marry him? You already know how is and and he was too much of a coward to even ask your father's permission before proposing." Your mom says out loud. You walk with her to the other room where you answer her. "Yes mother, I do know how he is. He's the most amazing guy I've ever been with. He takes care of me and he is not a coward. He just knew that you would say no so he didn't want to waste his time. I love him and you have to accept that sooner or later." You say, stomping out of the room and back to your fiancé.

Louis: It'd been all over the papers since you'd been shopping last week. The Internet exploded with photos of your left hand, your shiny new ring on your fourth finger. The call came in just as you spotted the first picture, your dads voice on the other line. "You could have told the family first. I would've even liked a request for my blessing." He says, his deep voice belting through the speaker. "He doesn't need your blessing daddy. I'd marry him without it." You respond, hanging up before he can say another word.

Niall: Niall has asked your parents three times for your hand in marriage, being rejected by them all three times. He says that he'll never give up and he doesn't, asking for your hand anyway. When your parents find out they aren't shy about their annoyance. "(Y/N) it's tradition that your husband must be accepted into our family before marriage." Your mother reiterates. "Well he'll never get that approval from you and we love each other so we're doing this with or without you." You reply. You can hear your mother on the other line. "Well if you're serious about this (Y/N) I guess that we can give him a yes." Your father comes onto the line, finally giving him the permission he so desires.

Liam: Liam and I were in love. We had no plans to wait to be married. "Mom, Liam and I are getting married." I told my mother as we sat on her bed, just like we used to do when we were little. "Are you pregnant?" She immediately asked. I stood walking to the door. "No, I'm not pregnant. I'm in love." I replied, ready to leave. She stood and walked over to me. "I'm sorry honey. I didn't mean to jump to conclusions. It's just a little fast you know. I only wish he would've talked to me and your father about this first." She said, trying to soothe you but it was only making you more angry. "Permission for what? To move on with my life? I've already moved on from living with you guys. He doesn't need permission to take me. He already has me." You nearly yell. Your mother doesn't let you go though, pulling you into her arms and filling your ears with apologies.

Zayn: You've never really gotten along with your parents but especially now, that you're with Zayn. He's dangerous and tattooed as they so refer to him. They know that you've planned to get married soon and have done everything in their power to keep you apart, vocalizing their disapproval. In your last conversation with your dad he's at his worst, talking the most negative about Zayn that he ever has. "He's just wrong for you. You're better than that. He didn't even ask for my permission." He yelled into the phone. You finally hung up on him, crying as you snuggled next to Zayn. "Baby, lets just do it. Lets go to Vegas and forget about everyone else." You say, looking up at him for approval. He just looks down at you, a smile on his face. "I'll marry you any way you want to, even if we have to go to Vegas." He answers, kissing your head.
