Blind Love

chapter 4

Its now saturday and tomorrow we are all leaving to head back to the sunshine state known as Florida. Yesterday right after the eventfull day at the hospital and our meeting with the head boards of Sony records the girls all decided to talk about relationships. Mine especifically. They were all worried and concerened to as what was going on. I didnt know what they were talking about but they soon let it die and talk about something else. 

Today we are suppose to go and meet up with a guy named Mark Hoppus who will be assisting us with writting a couple songs with us. The name rings a couple of bells but with everything in my head i cant think of where i"ve heard of that name before. The girls were all talking about it on our way to this Mark guys house but i tunned them out .

I was in the back seat with my compimentary new sony head phones we got in the beggining of the show with my head against the window just staring at every little thing that we passed along on our way. But after a long 30 minute drive we had finally reached our destination. Can i just add that i was imagining a studio not a 2 house mansion in the rich side oh hollywood. The girls and I just stared at each other al dazed by the beautiful house and the one thing we all had in our head was ' this Mark guy must be someone really rich and well known or something along the line.'  But none of us spoke a word. We were all anxious to see who it was. 

As the golden gates open up and we are granted access to enter  our manager Joana gives us a little talk on things we should and shouldnt do while we are there. She rambles on and on about the book of things that are NOT professional and I start to tune her out with "Josie (Everything's Gonna Be Fine) ' by Blink82. soon enough we are let out of the car and my right leg uncrams its self and trys to wake up. when the girls, Joana and I walk up to the door and ring the bell we are greeted by some dude. But im too busy to lok up because of my stupid half asleep agonizing pinching feeling leg. 

"hello you guys must be Imagine. Im Mark and i will be working with you guys. I dont expect you girls to know about me so let me introduce myself I was in a band in the begining of 1992 as a singer and bassist and well things went great for us till things happened but other than that the guys and I were pretty good and stuff. so here i am helping out certain music group with music writing even though im pretty sure you guys wont like my music taste we can work things out after all I do owe my friend Joana a favor so this is the least i can--"

Once my leg woke up I looked up to the older man speaking and was star strucked. No wonder his name rang bells he was in Blink182. holly shit. i must remain cool but cant i know i cant and will get get scoolded for the thing that will be rekease when i opned my mouth.

"Holly Jeez youre him! Youre THE mark from blink182. Oh my gosh can i get your autograph and a picture! im a huge fan. SOMEONE PINCH ME I MUST BE DREAMING!" I fangirled infront of the mark hoppus and not cared at all the joana was giving me the medusa stare.

"sure thing hahaha but first let work shall we?" 

"what are we waiting for c'mon girl! joana speed up we need to work!" I spoke ethuastically to my band mates and my manager.

Later that same day

"How come none of you are stoked as I am right now? Guys we just worked with one of the lead vocalist from Blink-182. Fangirl with me c'mon." 

"abby i didnt know you liked blink182... you shouldve told me. From now on you girls have to keep me updated with what you do and what you like and stuff. Think of me as a older sister in a way i guess. hahaha." Joana spoke as we drove away from our music workshop day at Mark's house, mansion, duplex castle...

we all laughed at what Joana had said and agreed to her to let her in the what we are all into and what not.Joana isnt much older than us. She's in her late 20s and close to her early 30s but she only looks older because she's a mother of two twin boys she had with her high school sweatheart and now husband. she told us how she knows Mark cause obviously they have a major age gap. Her dad was bestfriends with Mark and attended the same schools and there families were so close. So when she graduated university with her degree or whatever she got proposed by Jason her high school sweat heart and Mark told her if she needed any help or consultation on the music buisness to come t him since her dad knew nothing about it what so ever. 

After our car ride from marks to pizza hut for dinner we finally reached the hotel and we were all beaten. We sat in the living room of the LA house we were given from the show and talked all night till idnight so we can all get to know eavhother more.

I learned that Sasha dropped out of school on her senior year to persue her music career and audition for many record label and none took her in she has also been dating a guy names jackson since juior high and is madly inlve with him. she also is a vegan and is the most preppy out of us all. she lives in a house with her mom and just her cause her dad walked out on them when she was just 10 years old. She's a buddihst and is very into athletics. she is also suppose to be a sophmore in college but decided against it and finally audition one last chance for xfactor and got in.

Cara which is the third oldest in the group is a video game junkie and is secretly in love with some foreign youtuber by name user name peewii or something. She lives with her dad ever since her parents got divorced and lives with not just him but her new step mother and two step brothers Damien whos 15 and Stephen whos 16. She didnt have alot of friends in her school in freshman year because they thought she was very peculiar and' who would want to hang with a girl like that? " they would tell her.If she was in school now she would be a sophmore with one friend named sara who is also a video game junkie. Cara is currently dating a guy from the rock-punk band summer maddness ever since judges house in our earlier xfactor days. 

Anastasia is the youngest one of us all and should be a sophmore like Cara but should really be a freshaman in hish school but because of her intelegence she was promoted a grade higher and got to skip 2nd grade in elementary. She has two older sisters who both are in the medical field and felt really stupid to tell her parents who were two celebrity fighting lawyers that she wanted to persue music but they were understanding so they took her t audition and was granted her wish. 

As for me I didnt say anything cause I didnt have time. It was late and it was time to hit the hay.But I feel like I forgot something but i dont remember what it is.
