The First Task

I'm in my clothes for the first task Hoping corny remembers what to do and doesn't freak out. I start pacing in circles thinking over everything. Suddenly I trip when two strong arms grab me. I looked up to see it was Cedric.
" um... Thanks" I mutter
"How are you feeling?" He asks concerned
"Honestly? Nervous" I replied
" yeah, same here." He gave me a weak smile and I smiled back when I heard a camera flash. thank everything not at me! But at harry and Hermione hugging each other " young love, how... Stirring " "Nezabelle, don't get too heart broken will you?" I growl at her and she flinches.
" your not meant to be here you know" I say between gritted teeth "Get out."
" oh OK, lovely. I got what I needed. Bye..." She said giggling away at that, professor dumbledore came in.
"Good day, champions. Gather round please. Now you've waited, you've wondered and at last the moment arrived. The moment the only five of you can fully appreciate." Said dumbledore. After that we gather around him in a circle.
"What are you doing here miss granger?"
Asked dumbledore. I forgot she was here.
"Oh, um... Sorry I'll just go." She said leaving
Awkwardly
"Barty. The bag." Said dumbledore
"Champions, in a circle around me. Miss delacour over here, mr krum, potter and ms Sipher over here. Right. Miss delacour , if you will..." Barty holds up a bag and fleur takes out a little green dragon" the welsh green. Mr krum..." Krum takes a dragon out of the bag" the Chinese fireball. Oooooh." Then Cedric picks one out" the Swedish short-snout." Then harry puts his hand in and out a dragon" the Hungarian horntail, which leaves..." I gulp and put my hand in and pull out a... "Norwegian ridgeback. These represent very real Dragons, each of which has been given a golden egg to protect. Your objective is simple, collect the egg. This you must do, for each egg contains a clue without which you cannot hope to proceed to the next task. Any questions?"
No one had a question.
"Very well. Good luck champions. Mr Diggory the sound of the canon..." He was cut off by the canon firing immediately. I tapped Cedric's back in hope of comforting him a bit, which he gave a weak smile and walked out of the tent.

Whilst Viktor was trying to get his egg me and harry were in the tent sitting down nervously holding each other's hands for comfort and avoiding each others eyes until we heard
"Next up is Nezabelle Sipher!" And surprisingly there were a lot of people cheering and I even saw Draco with a poster with my name on it cheering for me. I grinned at them. When I heard a loud
ROAR!
I looked to see the dragon and I started running and dodging behind boulders. I saw it was about to swing its arm at me and I ducked by a boulder with a faint cut on my shoulder as I heard a bunch of shrieks from the audience. I saw that corny was right by me so I use "engorgio" and he grew larger spreading his wings heading for the dragon. I could only hope that he doesn't get hurt. I see him flapping his new wings and he managed to scratch the dragons eyes and corny went to the tent I shout to the dragon "sorry dragon!" I ran straight to were the egg was and successfully picked it up, showing I got it and a few people became and guided the dragon away. I hope the creature isn't hurt too bad. I run to were the other champions went and I saw Cedric laying down on the medical bed. I saw that his eyes were closed, so I assumed he was sleeping so I looked over his face and saw that he got burnt. I gasp
"It isn't that bad is it" I jumped at his voice
"Bloody hell you scared me... Thought you were asleep." He chuckled
"No... Just resting" he said with his eyes still closed. I put my hand in his hair feeling it. Soft." What are you doing?" He asked laughingly
" feeling your hair... Duh!" I laugh. Suddenly he opens his eyes and move up attempting to bite my finger but I move my hand out of the way in time laughing my head off, him joining in too. Suddenly I hear cheering and harry comes in and I run up to him and we hug each other. " you good?" I ask him and he nods and what is he... Blushing?
" oh my merlin! Your totally blushing! That's so cute!"and he gets even more red I notice corny moving from his shoulder to mine with a bored face and I chuckle and say bye to Cedric before we get out of there after finding out that me and harry got second place!
