I can't believe after all the help I gave, Tyson is acting like an ass and trying to get rid of me! I was helping him find his kid!
The jerk!
Scary weird...I didn't even know he had one. Who could love that jerk?!
Michelle was silent the whole time; she kept nervously looking from me to her surroundings. After she received a phone call her face turned even paler and was was oddly quiet.
I don't know what the heck is going on here. In less than fifteen minutes I one, lost my twin, two found Mich and her troll brother, three found out Tyson had a kid and four there is a possible amber alert!
Worst vacation ever!
This wasn't a joke, we needed to find this kid! I was pacing back and forth when I spotted Jamie holding Laila's hand while she carried a little girl.
Shut the front door!
Confetti exploded everywhere when I realized that, that was actually Laila's hand he was holding! I mean she was dressed like a guy but it was her! He found her! That's the reason he ran from me.
I didn't wait until they reached us. I ran right up to Laila and pulled her into a huge bear hug. I was so happy I wanted to break down and cry.
Laila was back!
My laughter came out as I scanned her and grabbed her face to make sure she was real.
The look of utter shock plastered on her face reminded me of the Regina chapter in my life. She was never good at hiding her emotional response unlike Jamie and Tyler.
Falish even admitted it, Laila wore her emotions on her sleeve. You could usually tell what she was thinking just by looking at her face.
Right now I was ecstatic to see her reaction of astonishment. I almost broke into my happy dance until I realized Jamie looked seriously pissed.
For crying out loud! Did he not like sharing her?
"Jay what's wrong?"
"We'll talk when we get to the hotel." Was all he said while he marched forward towards where the limo had dropped us off.
Wanting to stomp my foot and pout as I glared holes at my brother's head I followed. I wasn't done being happy about my reunion with my friend!
I guess my brother had no heart, he ripped my friend from the comfort of my arms and tugged her along. Michelle didn't say a word as she followed him, but Tyson on the other hand was practically growling under his breath.
It was then I noticed the start of some bruises on Jamie's face. Did he have that before and only now I'm noticing? Shoot, I'm such a horrible sister! Then again right now I shouldn't care since he didn't care of my moment with Laila.
"Mom I'm hungry." Tobi said as he tugged my arm.
That seemed to had snapped Laila back to earth because she abruptly stopped in her tracks and turned around. Jamie stopped too and I saw his eyes flicker to Laila and softened before he released her hand. Her eyes watered as she stared at Tobi who was oblivious to the attention around him. Slowly she put the little girl she was holding down and seemed unsure what to do next.
