„Hey babe?" I asked as I walked into the living room to find him sitting on the couch, watching tv.

„Yeah?" he asked as he looked up.

„I know we wanted to go out this evening but my sister needs to work longer than usual and she has no one to babysit my niece so she asked me to do it. I'm sorry I promise we can just go out tomorrow?" I sat down beside him.

„How about we babysit together and make it a date night?" he asked and smirked.

„You really want to? Are you even good with kids?" I asked and furrowed my eyebrows together laughing slightly.

„Hello? I'm the best." he said and I rolled my eyes laughing.

„Alright then show me what you can" I said and smiled slightly.

„Oh I will. When do we have to be there?" he asked.

„In like an hour or something" I mumbled as I moved closer to him and laid beside him so my head would rest on his chest.

The time went by sooner than I thought and we left to drive to the house of my aunts.

As we arrived there she had left us money to order some pizza and Calum and me went to the living room with my niece.

He started playing with her and I watched both of them while I sat on the couch and he laid down on the floor with her.

She showed her all of her dolls and Calum tried to act as excited as possible which made me giggle from then and there.

They played for a good hour or two and I just sat there and watched them.

I never even talked about kids with Calum, nor did a thought crossed my mind.

I always thought he didn't wanted to have any or weren't interested in them since we both were pretty young and he was busy with his football career.

But seeing him now made me think about our future, we had been dating for years already and lived together. The thought of marrying each other already came up once or twice and I actually picture myself becoming his wife.

I could suddenly even imagine having kids with him, moving out of our apartment and moving into a nice house with a garden so our kids could practice their football skills with a puppy running around them and me watching them through the kitchen window.

A smile spread on my lips as I sunk back into the couch and let all my thoughts wander around.

„What are you smiling about?" Calum asked as he popped down beside me and I looked to him only know coming back to reality.

„Well" I said and smiled up to him.

„Well?" he asked.

„You're really good with kids" i stated.

„I know i told ya"

„Could you imagine having kids with me one day?" I asked and looked up to him once again.

„of course I thought about that a few times" he said as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

„you did?" i asked and my eyes widen a bit in surprise.

„yes and i can already picture you being a great mum" he said and made a smile appear on my lips.

„just as you gonna be a great dad" I said and leaned my head against his shoulder.
