6. Breathless

Delirious pov.

After seeing the kid not come back up and Lui and Bryce would continue to argue, I went in the water myself. 'I just hope Delirium haven't had found him yet!' I transform into my monster form and go much faster, but still I couldn't find him. I kept swimming for a while, but stoped after hearing screaming and shhh 's inside the cave I was by so in I went.

?-"AAAAHHHHHH GO AWAY GO AWAY!!!!"  'That sounds like Evan!'

Delirium-"WILL YOU SHUT UP I WASN'T ABOUT TO HURT YOU!!!" I signed rolling my eyes at how bad my brother was at comforting people. I swim up and go up in the cave to see Evan trying to move away from Delirium but his left leg has a gash in it.

"What did you do to Evan Delirium!"

Delirium-"Nothing I heard yelling and was about to see what was wrong so I transformed into my monster self and went to check. And I saw that boy struggling to swim up."

"So your dumbass brought him down here!? And what's wrong with his leg!?!"

Dilirium-"It was all a miss understanding I grabed for him and he freaked out and started kicking me. My claw slashed his leg! I'm sorry for trying to help!!!!"

I look back at Evan wondering why he didn't say any thing yet, and felt my eyes widen a little. He was just lying there staring at my brother like he was Satan himself, he looked so scared.

"Evan what's wrong? He won't hurt you."

Evan still didn't look away from Delirium but he did start mumbling words. We walked over to him and all I could get out was. 'Mother' and 'Killer'. I looked over at Delirium who only shrugged his shoulders in confusion.

I picked up Evan with him still looking at Delirium for god knows what and said goodbye to Delirium. I covered Evan's mouth with my own and smirked when he turns red. This was the only way I can swim Evan up without him having to struggle to breath.

I hop in the water and swam out of the cave and up to the surface, where all the guy's where panicking and waiting.

As I got close to the surface I let go of the kiss to see him still dazed. I smirked and carried him out of the water and Lui quickly takes him and started apologizing.

Evan's pov.

Lui-"Oh god Evan I'm so sorry I'll never let this happen again!!!"

"I-it's o-ok Lui."

I felt a soft pock on my shoulder and heard Lui growl as I turned and saw Bryce looking really guilty.

Bryce-"I'm really sorry vanoss. I was just mad and scared that you were taking Lui from us. I didn't mean it."

"I-i would never do that. I p-promise."
Bryce smiled and gave me a hug as Lui carried me to a room and not to the cage. He put me down and opened the door as he gestured me in.

Lui-"It's the least I can do for not protecting you earlier."

"Thank you."

Lui-"Your welcome and there clothes in there if you want to take a shower. Then you can come downstairs when your ready." He finished and left.

I closed the door and sat on the soft bed. When I say the bed was soft, it felt like heaven. Father never let us have a bed like this. Lui is so nice and that one guy that helped me.

Wait was that guy underwater his brother. So one of them are the monster that killed my mother. But they would of know my face, right? Maybe they forgot, I just need to ask or keep my guard up when around them.

*some where far far away*

??'s pov.

Where the hell is he!? Fucking fagget will suffer when I ever get my hands on him!! Hehe just like his slut of a mom. They'll run but they can't hide. Especially from a monster like me.

"Oh Evan I'm coming for you!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!"

(Sorry everyone who reads this or any other books of mines. I've been busy with stuff and newer books. And I'm not feeling anything from this book but I won't give up on it! Promise I'll try and make next chapter longer and better!)
