When it's 4 in the morning.
No one is awake. Everyone is most likely.
Sleeping.
...
Not me.
I don't usually sleep.
The thoughts in my head keep me awake.
The tears usually decide to come out then.
The anxiety gets worse and my heart usually feels like it's going to burst.
...
But when the next few hours come.
Someone wakes up, so I have to stop.
Force the tears back, hide my red puffy eyes, and blow my nose.
...
"Have you been crying?".
"No. I'm fine. Why?".
"Your eyes are red and puffy".
...
Act like nothing happened
Because I'm fine
I'm okay
And nothing happened.
