Katrina nonchalantly grabbed the box and started to open it until Leo smacked it out of her hands.

"Kat! What are you doing? That box was clearly moving! It could be a bomb!" he shouted frantically, the hair on his arms standing straight up.

Sera and Kat just looked at him with bewilderment. Finally Kat said, "Do you really think that someone would try to kill us? It's not like we're running from the FBI like in movies or something. This is just a normal box, and the wind was pushing it a little. That's all."

Kat reached back down for the box, and went into her house, Sera close behind and Leo hesitantly walking after her, still complaining. "I'm just saying. How did this even get here? Nobody's used mail since the year we were born! Isn't that a little suspicious?"

Kat just rolled her eyes and went back to the box. When she opened it, the three friends were suddenly all staring at... an old digital clock?

"Is this an original 2017 digital clock? Woah!" Leo exclaimed, his eyes sparkling in amusement.

"This is such an old model; I don't even know how to use it," Kat frowned, poking and prodding the old clock.

The number suddenly changed. The three friends screamed, and Kat almost dropped the clock.

"Oh! That's how you change the time! This is WAY more complicated than 2033 clocks," Katrina smiled, pressing the buttons randomly, slightly amazed and interested in the old piece of junk.

Kat kept playing with the buttons until she changed to it all the way back to 2:30 am, June 12, 2016.

"2016? Wow, this thing is old," Leo commented, brushing his curly locks out of his eye.

"What does this do?" Kat pondered, pressing a big blue button amongst the rather black, small buttons.

Suddenly, the box started shaking violently. The two, Katrina and Leonardo, screamed and the clock fell to the ground, surprisingly unhurt. A buzzing noise appeared, soft at first but eventually so loud that it blocked out all other sounds.

The room became a blur of colors, whirring around them at the speed of light.

Katrina and Leo looked around wildly, eyes wide; Sera's face was unfazed, but very confused.

The buzzing and whirring and blurring continued, as did the dazed looks from the friends. After about 20 seconds, everything stopped.

The buzzing was gone, the whirring was gone, and the room disappeared.

Hey guys! Sorry for posting very very late. We will actually start posting daily and we will probably post a few other chapters today and tomorrow. Hope you enjoy!

But it wasn't the same room anymore
