About a week and a half has gone by since Kittyana has arrived, I can still tell something is off about her but we've all got to have patience. Everyday I keep asking her the same question, if she could hang out. Yet, every time she can't, her mom never lets her do anything. Though somehow today I convinced her to let me tag along when she goes to pick up her younger brother, Greg.

The day seemed to go by quickly, except fifth hour. My frustration with Lindon from last night made it so hard to pay attention to Rich. I kept doodling small comics of me kissing Lindon on all of my notes. The final bell rang and I about jumped out of my skin, I looked around the room and noticed that Lindon didn't even notice or probably cared. I packed up my stuff and knocked almost everything off my desk. Lindon gave me a funny look, "Deno, are you okay?" I ignore him and grab all my stuff, then leave to meet Kittyana at the front door. I had only been waiting for around 30 seconds when she arrived. I follow her to a familiar pathway, where I spot Archer's black car. I shake my head disappointed.

"Who owns that car?" Kittyana's voice sounded distance in the jumble of my thoughts. I slowed to a stop, trying to find a way to tell her without her getting mad.

"Well....yeah." The words fell out of my mouth.

"Who?" I heard her frustration and annoyance, but I didn't want to get Archer in trouble...

"Ummm... Can I get back to you on that?" I needed to talk to Archer before I gave him away.

"Deno, this car has been following me ever since I started school. Can't you just tell me?"  I knew I wasn't getting out of this.

"Well... Its a..." I mentally sighed, "Its Archer's car... Don't be mad at him, I'll tell him to stop. I didn't know he was following you, I swear." I lied through my teeth, not wanting to loose her.

"Fine, but make sure he stays away from me. He weirds me out. I don't care if he is cute."

Wait, you think he's cute?" I smile, knowing how infatuated Archer was with her.

"Shut up!" Kittyana blushed and I can't help but laugh. On the inside though, I was worrying about Archer and how I gave him away.  The rest of the way to the middle school was quiet, probably due to me thinking of how I'd have to go back on my word to Archer. He is scaring her, but I don't really have control over him. When he sets his mind to something, it's nearly impossible to detour him.

We finally made it to the middle school and I reminisce all the memories in this awful place. We reach the attendance office and this kinda cute emo kid walks over to us. He looks upset and Kittyana gives him an I'm sorry look. "Greg, this is Deno. She goes to my school and begged me to let her tag along." I lightly punched her arm for making me look so stupid. She smiled and signed the release paper.

We left and kept ourselves busy with small random conversations, in which Greg never once chimed in. Kittyana stops in front of this house, my senses were going crazy. This was not a good place, what hell torture of a place was this? It struck me hard when Kittyana said her goodbyes, this was her house. I said goodbye and strode around the corner, where I got inside the familiar black car.

"Archer, you know you're scaring her, right?"

His red hair covered his eyes is depression, "Deno."

I knew that tone of voice, "Archer Skyz Stillsin. If you're going to do this, you've got to not be seen. I can't stop you, but I'm going to force you to hide. We can't afford to loose her, I'm her only friend at school. I don't want to loose her as a friend." My fangs were bared and eyes changed red.
