In one rainy day, a man carrying a pink umbrella looked up at the sky as he listened to the tapping sound of the rain drops hitting the umbrella.

Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap.

He closed his eyes to the calming sound and sighed, "I miss her..."

He opened his eyes again and stared at the sky above him as if he was waiting for something or someone to appear, but there was nothing other than a gloomy sky.

He sighed and thought.

Where are you now, Y/N?

He smiled bitterly and mumbled, "How would I know? I was the one who left..."

He began walking towards the place which held all his memories of her. The café where he told her that he was going to leave this town. The café where he broke her heart.

Flashback

I should tell Y/N that I have to leave this town to receive treatment for my sickness, but I don't want to break her heart. Should I tell her or not?

Jimin thought as he looked up at the sky as if the sky can give him the answer he wanted.

"Hey, Jimin!!" Y/N shouted as she ran towards the boy standing under the tree by her house, who is holding a pink umbrella and staring up at the sky.

He turned his head to the source of the voice and his lips turned into a crescent. He walked towards the girl carrying a light blue colored umbrella. He reached his hands out and ruffled her hair. She pouted and slapped his hands off.

"I just finished brushing it... Do you have to ruin the look?" She complained as Jimin pinched her rosy cheeks and laughed, "Y/N, why are you so cute today?"

"Aren't I always cute?" Y/N asked as she held onto his hand.

"Come on, let's go to the café before it gets crowded." Jimin said as he walked next to her. She was wearing a cute blue skirt with floral printings on it and a plain white shirt with hearts printings on the back of it.

Jimin smiled at her as she talked.

He loves her so much he couldn't say it. He doesn't want to say it.

"Hey, Y/N...." He opened his mouth, but the words got stuck in his throat. He wasn't ready to tell her his decision.

"Yes, Chim?" She smiled as she turned her head to him.

He shook his head and said, "I just wanted to call your name."

Y/N raised her eyebrow and said nothing. She stared at his face and thought.

He is up to something. He would not look so worried for no reason.

They walked quietly next to each other. Their fingers interlocked as they strolled down the street to the café.

"Hey!! Y/N, Jimin!"

They turned their heads simultaneously to the source of the voice and smiled.

"Hey, Jihyun, Minji!"

Jihyun ran towards to Jimin and dangled his arms over his shoulders as Minji hugged Y/N.

"Going on a date?" Jihyun asked Jimin as Jimin smiled and said, "To the café."

"Let's go together then, Minji and I are going to the café too."

Jimin smiled and said nothing. Y/N stared at him as the four of them walked together.

Soon, they arrived at the café and went in. They ordered their drinks and talked.

"Hey, Y/N. Do you know that Jimin is leaving this town next week?" Jihyun asked as he looked at Y/N. her eyes widened as Jimin kicked him under the table. He covered his mouth because he knew he did something wrong.

"What? That's impossible, he wouldn't leave me. Right? Jimin?" She stared at him as he scratched his head.

That rascal... I shouldn't have told him in the first place..

The atmosphere tensed up as Y/N continued to stare at Jimin. At last, he sighed and nodded. He opened his mouth reluctantly and said, "Yes, Y/N. I'm leaving to..."

Before he finished his sentence, Y/N covered his mouth and said, "I don't want to hear it. I know you have been sick for a while. It is for the good of you. I'll wait for you to come back. But you have to promise that you will come back for me."

Jimin nodded as he watched Y/N drag Minji out to the female bathroom.

He knew that he broke her heart. Even though she didn't say it. He knew it.

Jihyun took a bite of his cake and asked, "Why did you promise her that you will come back? The chance of you recovering is pretty low."

Jimin looked out of the window and sighed, "There's still hope.... Even though it is low..."

End of flashback

Now he recovered and came back, but he couldn't find her. The café was his last hope.

He walked up the hill slowly as he heard someone shouting for him to stop.

"Hey!! You with the pink umbrella!! Stop!!"

Jimin turned around to the familiar voice and the girl stopped. She covered her mouth as Jimin walked towards her. He pulled her into his arms and whispered into her ears.

"Long time no see. Y/N. I miss you..."

The girl raised her arms slowly and wrapped them around his body.

A stream of tear rolled down her cheek as she mumbled, "Me too..."
