Sorry if most of u thought that this is an update, which it is not but I will update shortly, however, there are some readers who have been asking me on and on again for some question to which I'm going to provide the answers :D
Q. when do you update?
A. on a regular basis, I update either once a week or once in two days, but bcoz of my final examz coming up, I'm trying to update as much as possible because I wont be able to update till june "/
Q. What is a Pseudo-Muslim?
A. A pseudo-muslim is my own own inventive term and I have used it for those muslims(not pointing fingers at anyone) who have abandoned their faith while settling in the west and only keep muslim names for the sake of their origin. These people are either aware of the religion that they are born into and they do not follow it by choice and even if they are asked to embrace islam, they only deny it as if it's a burden. These people have only muslim names but they are fully Non-Muslim; they drink, they fornicate, they gamble and do all sorts of haraam stuff. however, islam doesnt allow coersion and so its upto all human being, Muslim or non muslim alike to choose their faith.
Q. why are there so many grammatical errors?
A. the reason behind it is becoz I haven't edited it and English isn't my first language. I will edit is slowly.
Q. who is J.T.B?
A. everybody keeps on making assumptions, which is great, but I would like to request that this story is also a thriller/ mystery story and jtb is one of the supporting characters which will be revealed much later in the story. For those of you who say that JTB is Joshua are correct and those of you who say JTB is the upcoming Tommy Jacobs the they are also correct. However, if it was revealed who jtb is much earlier then I think that the story would lose its luster. For now, jtb is a ghost :D
Q. what is Joshua's role?
A. Ah yes, Joshua is the third main character. He is very important and he will have a big hand in bringing Kay and Shed closer in the future. For those of you who hate him, don't worry, his good characters will be revealed soon enough.
Q. when will Shehzad confess?
A. now this question is the one that's being asked continuously and for those of you who are anticipating that it will happen anytime soon, then I'm afraid to disappoint you that it won't be happening anytime soon. Shehzad is a very tough person and he is hard to crack. There is more to him then that meets the eye. And just like how you guys are exploring Khadijah's feelings right now, that is how you will experience Shehzad's feelings too :D he will not confess till the end of the series. Sorry, but that is just what is character is :D
Q. is this an Islamic story?
A. well duh :P. I mean, from the look of it, yes it is an Islamic love story but its very moderate J)
Some of you think that its not islamic becoz of some non-islamic aspects like music, etc etc. no, thise are just my character's flaws and it has nothing to do with ISlam or anything to do with degrading isalm :))
Q. music isn't allowed. Why is Khadijah supporting music?
A. well, I'm not sure if music is allowed or not because it is a very controversial topic. However, I support the fact that as long as music can be used for good and not for evil purposes, then its all right. The fact of the matter is that in Pakistan, Music has had a huge hand in spiritual motivation of my nation. And I also think that playing a musical instrument is no bad thing since in islam, at the time of our great Prophet Muhammad, the tangerine or the duffle or whatever was used in occasions of celebtration, then I don't think that it's a bad thing. Also, the Prophet Daud was also blessed with the gift of Music. He would sing Allah's praises and nature would also join him in praising Allah. And let's not forget that when our dear Prophet Mohammad first came to madinah after the migration, there were singing girls waiting for him at the entrance and sang his welcoming praise. And also many infamous scholars also support the fact that as long as music is put to good use then then its alright. This matter deserves ijtihad :D
And this is my better judgment.
Q. why won't Shehzad kiss her?
A. well, that is a question that even Khadijah is confused about :D and will find out soon enough.
Q. why are the chapters about the glimpses' pr the past so confusing?
A. yes, well that will be answered shortly :D
