Even though her eyes show no tears , doesn't mean her heart isn't crying.
Mocks a whisper , tainting his conscience
latching at the door of his sanity.
They didn't look into each other's eyes as the passed each other in the hallway .
they knew their eyes would betray the malady , the agony , the paroxysm they feel,
lay bare their pain , the chronicle of their shattered souls , onto the canvas of their fake smiles.
Only she knew of his pain but the world was a witness of hers.
The mirror lie shattered , reflecting her soul more than her cadaver,
the mirror ran crimson as her blood flowed , her eyes as red as the cursed mirror.
"it's all going to be ok ! He wasn't worth you anyway ! you'll find someone better than that monster"
But a monster , was he ?
to her ? NEVER ! To the world ? FOREVER !
None's words ever gave him any reprise ,
thrown at him , poison filled , fed with lies.
The mirror shattered lie on his bare feet too,
tantamount to the crimson atramentous shards of his heart .
Cutting and biting into his flesh , drawing blood that dries for even a glimpse of her.
The whole night the blood leaves his cold heart ,
as cold as the chilling mistral outside,
escapes his pilgrimage , freed of his heart's amorousness for his mistress .
But he still smiles the next morning ,
he smiles for the world doesn't care for his scars , his stigmas .
To them he is only a villain who broke her . But how broken is he ?
MORE THAN ANYONE KNOWS ! Bellows his soul ,
MORE THAN ANYONE KNOWS ! Wails his heart ,
MORE THAN ANYONE KNOWS ! Ensconces his smile ,
MORE THAN ANYONE KNOWS ! Betrays his eyes ,
Still , " i'm fine " , susurrates his lips ,
as he ganders into the dark , desolate space .
Terrified of the night to come ,
Petrified of the demon who whispers !
