Zombies, Why!

Chapter 25

We were about to sneak out when. We heard a noise. Dustin screamed who the fuck do you guys think you are. You guys came in and killed everyone my wife my girlfriend there both dead how fucking dare you. He aimed his gun and shot it. He shot it at Michael it only got Michael in the arm it skinned him pretty much. Michael screamed in pain. Michael said you stupid fucker. I ran up to Dustin he shot at me. He got me in my leg. I fell to the ground. Dustin screamed I'm not fucking playing around no more your all going to die kayla then started walking up to him. He aimed his gun at her head and pulled the trigger. Nothing came out he screamed oh fucking hell. He started to run. He ran into his car. Jenny, Michael and Jake helped me walk. I couldn't walk on my own my leg was in to much pain for me to walk on. Kayla ran up to a car that was at the entrance of the wall we all entered it. Kayla said the dumbass left the keys in the car let's go get him. We were still walking over there since there were 3 injured. We made it to the car and started to drive we could see Dustin up the street going as fast as he could kayla started to chase after him. Dustin drove all the way to the grocery store and crash. We followed behind we saw him fly out through the windshield. We started to walk up to where Dustin went flying out of the car. But then we heard a hoard behind us. I said it's always times like this when fucking zombies decide to show up. Jenny said yah I know right. Michael said don't worry Zach just stay in the car we will take care of them for you. I was in to much pain to walk I focused on making sure the bullet wasn't in my leg. I checked and saw that the bullet hole went straight through my leg. I made sure to wrap it up with some cloth that was in the bag that was meant for Jakes arm. I looked through the window they were rolled down so I could here all my group fighting off the zombies. I saw kayla jump up and kick a zombie in the chest she then used her bat like if she was about to swing for a home run and bashed the zombies into the ground it's brains were splattered all over the ground. I then looked over to Bella she stayed back behind everyone but she had a zombie run up to her and tripped and fell on her pocket knife she cheered as if she killed that zombie on purpose. I screamed Bella get over here you will be fine with me they can handle it. Bella came into the car and sat in the seat farthest from window. I saw a zombie sneaking up on Jenny. I screamed behind you Jenny. She turned around and stabbed that zombie in the head then turned back around and stabbed the one coming her way in the head. Michael used his kitchen knife that he had every time a zombie got close to him. Jake stayed back and made sure no one would come to them. I scream Jake run over here take Bella's knife. He ran over to me and took Bella's knife. He ran back over to the group there were about 5 zombies left kayla killed 2 more Jake killed 1 more Jenny killed 1 more Jake killed 1 more and Michael killed one more but there was a zombie walking toward the car and tried getting in it hopped through the window of the car I grabbed my machete and stabbed it in the head. Bella exited the car. Michael and the rest ran up to me I wasn't able to walk still Jenny and Michael helped me walk on over to where Dustin was. Dustin was trying to crawl away his legs looked broken. Kayla grabbed the gun out of my backpack in the corner of the room before we gotten taken from our home from these bastards. He looked at us. Dustin said fuck you guys I should of killed all of you the moment we got here. Kayla looked at him and said do you know what you have killed my husband my children you don't have any right to threaten us she walked up to him putted the gun the back of his head and said burn in hell dick and pulled the trigger. We dragged all the bodies from around the store and burned them we saved the best for last of course. We waited for all the bodies to burn then went to bed. After a few months it was April we finally rebuilt the fence we even went back to Dustin's camp and took the barbed wire to make the gate stronger. We fixed a room for Bella and Kayla to have there own room. Jake is doing fine and has gotten use to having only one hand. Michael has been traveling around farther to get us more equipment but he's around most of the time. Jenny and I still share a room and care for each other a lot. I am able to walk around I have been able to for a month now. My name is Zachary James Smith and I will be able to fight off zombies the same way I always have been able to. I am ready for a new adventure with my group and I will keep them strong and alive for as long as I can I will be around for a round 2 for a new fight.
