Michael and I were enjoying a leisurely day at the Neverland Ranch park.

I was dressed in a cute sundress paired with flats, while Michael opted for white trousers, a matching shirt, and loafers.

"Babe, where's your umbrella? I thought you were sensitive to the sun," I teased, nudging him playfully.

"Don't worry, I've got sunscreen on. But sometimes I forget, so I bring the umbrella," he replied with a grin.

"Smart move," I chuckled.

"What's so funny?" he asked, looking puzzled, his brows furrowing slightly.

I burst into laughter.

The day was going splendidly until a sudden pain shot through my lower abdomen, causing me to double over.

"Look at those balloons, babe! They're amazing," Michael exclaimed, gazing up at the sky and squeezing my hand.

"Just what I needed," I muttered under my breath, attempting to straighten up without him noticing.

"Babe, are you alright? You seem a bit pale," he remarked, genuine concern lacing his voice.

"I'm okay, just feeling a bit overheated," I fibbed, though my vision was beginning to blur.

"Are you sure? We can head back to the mansion right away," he offered.

Forcing a smile to mask the discomfort, I nodded.

My mind insisted I was fine, but my body screamed otherwise.

"I think I might be starting my period. That's probably why I feel off," I finally confessed.

Without a word, Michael gently lifted me into his arms and carried me to the golf cart, ready to head home.

"I'll prepare some hot tea for your stomach and draw you a warm bath for some soothing cuddles," he promised, pressing a tender kiss to my forehead before starting the engine.

Damn, this man always knows how to take care of me.
