I came out the bathroom after taking a shower. Taylor was sitting on a bed playing some game on his phone. When he saw me he smiled and patted the bed next to him. I was wearing my pj shorts and a tank. "You enjoying it here so far?" he asked. "Ya, Hollywood is so cool." "Just to let you know Nash and Matt are crushing on you." I blushed. "Where are they by the way. It's dark out now shouldn't they be back?" I asked. Taylor texted Nash and he said they were in the other guys' room. All of a sudden my phone dinged.
Matt: hey
Court: hey how did u get my number
Matt: Hayes asked Jess for me
Court: they haven't stopped texting each other
Matt: I know, love birds <3 I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go out for lunch with me tomorrow at this cool place on the beach???
Court: I guess
I stopped texting and decided to go to bed since I was tired. "Hey Taylor," I asked. "Ya," he said. "Can I share a bed with you. I don't really feel comfortable sharing with Nash or Matt." "Sure, and don't worry. I won't try anything. You are a cool girl but I'll leave the crushing to the other guys. Can we just be friends?" I laughed. "Sure," I said. We exchanged numbers and I turned off the lights. Taylor kept his distance. I was glad I already had a friend. I closed my eyes and drifted away into a deep sleep.
